George Strait show was amazing, but the line to get into your sweat was really disorganized, there's this narrow bridges, and when they were full they started to sway, was honestly terrified I'd go plummeting to the ground. Not a lot of choices for food either. I had a good seat and could see the tv and stage just fine.

We just went there for a George Strait concert. Our seats were literally in the rafters, not a joke, the cat walk was just 2 rows above us. We could see the stage all right but the disappointing thing was that we couldn't even see the large screen TV's because of the light rigging stuff that was totally blocking our... More

Show was phenomenal. Dome is dated. It was dirty before the show even started, sticky floors, bathrooms had no tp in some stalls and paper towel dispensers were broken. Stairs up to seats are very steep, saw several elderly people really struggle to get up and down.

The area surrounding the dome was almost ghetto appearing. We had to park approx 8 blks away, walking to Dome the area was filthy and disgusting. Certainly wouldn't want to walk that area after dark.

Security was friendly and helpful, signs were large enough to read, didn't care for the five flights of stairs we had to take to get down to the first arena floor, lots of doors, temperature of building was good, first impression was great definitely coming back.

My wife and I went to the Tacoma Dome for the Taylor Swift concert in August 2013 and while the concert was great we were surprised at how bad the traffic getting into the dome was. Our hotel was a 10 minute drive from the Dome and we left 2 hours before the concert started, we got into the Dome... More

I had never been to the Tacoma dome before a friend flew out here for a Van Halen concert last year. Much to my surprise, our "seats" were not seats at all, but stadium bleachers. We paid a lot of money to see a great band, and it was so crowded and uncomfortable we ended up standing for the entire... More

Liked the location, easy to get there, hotels nearby to stay overnight. The lighting was very poor and hard to see to get to your seats. We saw 5 people fall on the stairs heading toward their seats. There weren't any ushers to assist you. Could not see the stage at all with the layout, thank goodness for the large... More

The restaurant is good, but the venues for other food terrible They do not plan ahead and the lines back up The seats are VERY small so it makes me not want to go even if a show or sports event I like is offered

I have been to two shows in the last year at the Tacoma Dome. In both the bands were amazing. In both the Dome was a huge disappointment. Expensive, confusing signage going home, poor acoustics, scary uncomfortable seats, amateur hour staff. I will not go back. It takes too long to get there and get home to put up with... More
