A Pot Of Gold at Rainbow Falls

After biking 9 miles from High Bridge on one of the hottest days, Rainbow Falls was a welcome cooling and so beautiful to view. Beautiful fall!

Take the guided tour or hop on the park service bus to see this wonderful waterfall. Hike up to the top using the stairs or a gradually inclined walkway for those who have trouble climbing. We took a picnic lunch, sat in the shade and listened to the roar of the water. The mist from the falls keeps the nearby... More

Red bus drops you off and there is a dramatic view of the falls from the sign post. It is a very short walk to the overlook. Don't miss it. Easy for kids.

Couldn't make an overnight stay in the Stehekin valley fit into my schedule, so settled for a day trip by ferry and a bus ride to Rainbow Falls. I have seen a lot of waterfalls in my life and wasn't sure if this one would live up to all the online hype. Saw a couple waterfalls pouring into the lake... More

This the most beautiful waterfall I have ever seen. Such power and beauty! Definitely fell the hand of God in such a naturally beautiful place.

As soon as we landed, we ate lunch at the Lodge which had mediocre food at reasonable prices. That gave us enough time to wander around and throw rocks on the beach until the Rainbow Falls tour at 12:30. If I were to do it again, I would walk to the Bakery and have lunch there, before walking to the... More

The waterfalls were wonderful. They were flowing a lot so there was a lot of water coming over. Pleasant, easy thing to do. Would highly recommend this tour.

Nice little walk to the falls on an ADA trail. It is a nice place to stop if you only have a few hours at Stehekin or if you are on a bike ride.

Short hike to a great vista...all could do this....easy trail. Do on your own so that you can spend some time and enjoy without the crowds.
