Drive to the top for a great view of the area, but it was a little scary in a few sections near the top when passing the downhill traffic but I had the inside thank goodness. There is also some very nice trails for hiking on too.

Mt Spokane is one of my favorite mountains for snowboarding. The terrain park is a lot of fun and the different runs are not too hard to maneuver across. Even with the horrible winter we had this past year, I still had fun up at the Kan. A great place for a first time snowboarder. I also love taking my... More

Very pleasant park with different difficulty levels of hiking trails. The hikes have views, wild flowers, streams, and the huckleberries were ripe at the higher elevations which was a pleasant treat.

Most people visit Mt Spokane for skiing during the winter. It is good for both downhill and nordic, but my favorite time of year at Mt Spokane is in summer for hiking and blueberry picking. The ride to the top is perfect for motorcycles, and the views are outstanding.

Great little resort, close to town that is obviously enjoyed by a lot of folks. The have a special needs ski team, ski patrol is friendly and positive and the mountain is fun-it's just too small. They've been trying to expand for years but one particular celebrity in town apparently shouts louder than thousands of skiers! Easy to get to... More

The drive is very scenic, Pretty creeks run by the road as you travel. This is for sure, a place for skiers! We enjoyed the views once up at the top. If not a skier and visiting in off-season, Pretty day drive.

You can pretty much visit any time of year! Hiking spring through autumn, berry picking in summer, and skiing in winter!

What a wonderful mountain park to bicycle road ride up or mountain the trails. Rest rooms at the top for water and relief. Bring a windbreaker for the cool ride down. Most years there is still some snow lift in drifts on the switch back. From the South Hill in Spokane you can make this an 80 mile round trip... More

If you time it right, you can find huckleberries galore just off the trails and roads here. And if it's not huckleberry season, it's still a great place to take the kids and have a picnic.
