In and of itself, Riverfront Park is beautiful with the Spokane River flowing through it. The site was the grounds for the 1974 World Exposition. There are many paths, footbridges, benches and fun, free things for the young and young at heart to do. One of the attractions the family can enjoy is a huge replica of the Radio Flyer... More

Fun place to visit with grandkids. Always ride the carousel. Lots of green space and room to run and play. Enjoy ice skating during winter months.

The park is located in the downtown section of Spokane. It is a beautiful and relaxing setting. The Spokane River flows through it and in early Summer the Spokane Falls are very impressive. There are walking trails, an IMAX theater, a restored (and operating) 1920's Merry-go-Round or Carousel. Ample shopping and dining adjoin the park.

Not to be missed, what an amazing series of waterfalls to walk upto. Take the gondola ride, its so worth it. The river was full with melting snow and the power of water as it cascaded down the waterfalls was breath taking... there are running trails in the park and easy access if you stay at the Double Tree Hilton.

Beautiful park along the Spokane River. Area was once the home of Expo 74. Great place for young kids, they loved the rides, big Red Wagon, and the Louff carousel. We always enjoy the gondola ride over the river, especially during the Spring snow melt run off

The park has many things to see and do. It is very shady and lush green grassy areas are plenty . The downtown retail area is just across the street, and the Red Lion Hotel has a great access bridge across the river and a nice walking path surrounds the grounds. There is plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.... More

This park is one of Spokane's best, and the Spokane River waterfalls, especially in early and mid-Spring are spectacular from the mountain snow run-off. This park has wonderful walkways for solo visitors or families. It is user-friendly for sure. In the summer there is a water-event to freshen your spirit and children's hot feet! The City is right there too,... More

Lots to do here. A real old-fashioned Louff carousel, ducks, bike paths, lots of green grass. Go on the footbridge to see the thundering falls in spring, which diminish to a trickle in summer. A huge red wagon is a slide for kids. There is an interactive splash fountain for hot days. And a little white train to ride on.... More

River front park is a really nice place to visit while in Spokane. It has an amusement park, merry go round, your train, and gondola that goes right over Spokane river. A must place to see.
