The carousel and train ride were the favorites for the children. They also enjoyed the red wagon slide and climbing on the letter blocks. We'll go back

Spokane hosted the Chinese Lantern Festival for the first time this past fall. It was a truly amazing experience to see this extravaganza of lanterns from a 40 foot long dragon, to flower beds filled with all kinds of flowers, there was something for everyone of every age. There was also a dance performance that was awesome and included in... More

My fiancé and I visited Riverfront Park with our dog and had quite an enjoyable time. It's what you make of it, I think. He and I took pictures with every statue and rode on the Sky Ride together - the cost was very affordable ($6.50 for him as Military and $7.50 for me as an adult). It didn't cause... More

Spokane did it right when it created a permanent park on the site of an International Exposition. The grounds, buildings and ambiance are well worth your journeying to this site. When ever my wife and I journey to Spokane, we make this a "must" stop!

Riverfront Park is a great place to stroll, see the heart of the city and enjoy fun events. The giant wagon, remnants of the World’s Fair, nice walkways, river and waterfall views and events like Pig Out in the Park (which has lots of live bands and tons of food truck choices) are all great! Japanese lantern displays, winter holiday... More

The Riverfront Park is excellent not only to walk through from point A to point B, but also fun to explore. There are map and informational placards throughout the park, as well as multiple bridges, walking paths and little attractions and outlooks. You can view the river surrounding the island from multiple locations. Very enjoyable.

We walked around this park area because my beautiful wife is a waterfall-nut. I have to admit it is neat and is in the middle of town. Snow & ice on the ground made a bit of a challenge, but we survived and will return again. There are playgrounds, bridges, and even a gondola ride.

We enjoyed the light show at riverfront parking during the Christmas holiday. The snow added to the already festive decorations strung throughout the park!

Centered in the heart of Spokane. Historic carrousel, food, rides, art, playground, and amazing views of the Spokane Falls. Adjacent to downtown restaurants and shopping. Very walkable.
