I visited some lavender farms in Canada, most of them need a charge to go inside the farm. The purple haze lavender farm is a large lavender farm but for no charge. Inside, there are lots of variety of lavender.

Given that my daughter’s favorite color is purple, the proposition of an abundance of purple flowers could not be resisted and it sounded like a good photographic opportunity for me. So, we planned a short visit since we knew we were well past the height of the lavender flower season in August and we chose Purple Haze based upon the... More

One of the nicest lavender farms to visit. Small gift shop, ice cream shop that includes a lavender flavored ice cream, and a really nice guest house to rent for small groups.

Sweet and simple. Clean, tidy, beautifully kept fields and gardens. Sweet little gif shop and a little icecream and lemonade "stand" outside of the gift shop. In the summer, they sell a variety of live lavender plants (who knew there were so many different kinds?!)

Great experience walking among the lavender and browsing in the shop. They even have lavender ice-cream!

Our trip would have been beautiful and very memorable except two months after our stay, we discovered they decided to keep our $250 refundable damage deposit and not tell us or give us a chance to even contest it!!! This was in addition to the $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. Although we left the place spotless we were still nickel and... More

I love this lavender farm/store. It is small and located off the beaten path but there is always something to look at and the smells are wonderful. I buy the Eucalyptus/Lavender soaps and keep them in my dresser drawers. The farm carries all sorts of Lavender products such as sprays, soaps, salad dressing and lotions. There are u pick gardens and even... More

When we arrived, we were in the dark about when lavenders are in season. We were disappointed to see on approach that they weren't in bloom, but our disappointment turned to delight when we actually walked the grounds. It's still beautiful. There were other border flowers that were in bloom and we enjoyed both the caged birds (chickens and peacocks),... More
