Drinking wine from the vat!

Nice tour and very friendly wine makers and staff. Nice back room tour, great old oak barrels from the 60's and it was fun to drink the wine before it was bottled. Try the port... read more

We saved this winery as the last of three because of the good reviews. We were planning to taste wine and then stay for a meal. It was literally a laughable experience. The young (but old enough to know better!) lady who was working this particular Monday afternoon could barely bring herself to say hello and must have practiced hard... More

Nice tour and very friendly wine makers and staff. Nice back room tour, great old oak barrels from the 60's and it was fun to drink the wine before it was bottled. Try the port wine reduction sauce over the cheese cake in the cafe - AMAZING! Be sure to take a bottle or two home with you so you... More

They take much care and pride in showcasing their delicious wines in a comfortable and friendly tasting room. They are one of three wineries located on a side street off a main highway, all within walking distance of each other. FUN!

We hadn't tried this local winery and bistro so we went in a Thursday evening. The service was excellent! The food was very good. We had the special which was a Cesar salad and grilled chicken. I had a very nice merlot and my husband had a beer. All in all it was very good.

There are so many wonderful wineries to choose from but BUgs our favorite. The tasting room does not compare with its next door neighbors over the top atmosphere but the wine knocks their socks off. Wine, family, friends and fun is the reason we have a membership here. Rob is a truly gifted winemaker even without estate grapes. He makes... More

Cozy outdoor area with umbrellas and nice breeze. Both a restaurant and winery. Food was excellent and the server in the winery was very polite and attentive.

Unfortunately, the $10 tasting fee for wine that we didn't appreciate as much as other local wineries seemed expensive, but the port made up for it on our visit. We even tried the reserve tasting. Good price on the wines ($35 range for reserves) but not worth it if you don't care for them.

During a business trip I had the opportunity to stop me in Barnard Griffin to taste their wine. Very good home wines are superb and you can even eat. I buy a few good bottles I recommend the Chardonnay.
