This is a very nice park on beautiful Lake Washington with some of the most unattractive people in the world there. If you're looking to get shot this is a great park to go hang out in. Other than that I would steer clear.

Best Park on Lake Washington, especially when children are in tow. You can go from a large well equipped play area, to a sandy beach, to Ivars fish and chips all on one stroll. Coulon is one of our favorite summer hangouts. Yet, summer is not the only offerings this park has. Yes, fireworks on the Fourth, but "Clam Lights"... More

This is a nice place to grab a burger from Kidd Valley and follow up with a stroll with kids. Nice to watch the blue angels practice the days leading up to seafair. I don't take my kids to the play area or kids wading area of the lake. I have seen some sketchy characters there and prefer to avoid... More

This park has something for everyone in the family. Swimming area in the Summer for little ones with family of ducks and turtles in residence. Boating, ball areas, food vendor, mimi concert area, frequent weddings, walking/jogging, etc... The only negative factor is that pets are not allowed, thus 4 star instead od 5, but it does keep the park clean.

This is one of the nicer parks that I'm aware of in Renton. It's right by the south end of Lake Washington. There are many things to do, in the summer you can swim, have a picnic, or just take a walk. They have a playground and a place to play volleyball.

A short walk from The Landing, nice places to enjoy the waterfront of South Lake Washington. Nice piers and viewpoints, even on a blustery November day.

Swimming beach, walking paths, boat launch, picnic shelters, playground, volleyball. This place has something for everyone. The one bad part about this park is there are way too many Canada Geese and their droppings are everywhere - you really have to watch where you are stepping. Also, they will not move for you - that is how unafraid they are... More

Take everything you DONT want to expose your child to and incorporate it into a park setting. Then you have this place. Teenagers robbing cars: check. Grown ups fighting in a basketball court with kids watching: check. Overcrowded beach full of filth, no place to set up a towel and gnat infested trees and grass: checkeroo! This place has a... The park is nice, however don't stay till dark. It is very ghetto with angry mobs of kids yelling obscenities about the police. Also, the area for swimming literally has diapers and dead fish floating in it. Ive also seen drug deals going down In the bushes. I've been several times because I live right across from it. Don't make... More

I love this park. We love to go in any weather. Great to take a sunset stroll or go for an invigorating bike ride. Swimming, boating and play ground.
