It is such a gorgeous park with beautiful views of Lake Washington. The biggest problem is the parking lots are so full on the lovely days. I love to eat at Ivar's or Kidd Valley and enjoy the view. It is especially a favorite tradition to go their at Christmas time for the Clam Lights.

There is a little of something for everyone. Two restaurants that are tasty. A long paved path to walk along. Swimming area, playground, walking dock, boat launch. Well maintained and a nice step away from the city without having to go more than a quarter mile. Seasonal lights including the Holiday "Clam Lights" and 4th of July show. Nice place... More

Great place to take a walk. There is a beach, boat launch, fish & chips and a hamburger joint. I like to start at the tennis courts and walk lakeside trail and then back

A beautiful park for the whole family. Beach, Picnic areas, restaurants and a boat launch round out this great park at the southern end of Lake Washington.

Enjoyed hanging out with the grandsons here! The Northwest is always outdoor friendly, even in the rain, but we visited on a nice August day. (It was very cool compared with our home in Mississippi!) This park is has easy access and none of the crowds that you find in other nearby areas. Water is soothing to adults and there... More

Love this park....easy access & free parking! Love that it has two restaurants to enjoy. It's also about 15 minutes from the airport ; perfect detour location before heading to the airport!

This is such a fun place to hang out, to go for a water walk, eat, swim, sunbath/read on a blanket, have a pic nice, watch the sun set... I've been going there since they built it when I was a girl, and tended to take it for granted. But after living in other places, and returning here, My eyes are... More

This could be a really nice park at the South end of Lake Washington. We have gone there for years now they have banned dogs from the park even if they are leashed. The police officer ask us to leave because we had our dog with us, she is a mini poodle and on a leash. According to him the... More
