You can enjoy a swim in the clear water.

I have seen bald eagles nearly every time I have been to Idylwood. There is a nest close by - in the spring you can see immatures, I once saw 5 in the trees. Great views of Lake Sammamish. Good swimming area, very popular and tends to be packed on hot summer days.

Great sand beach for the kids to play in, lifeguard on duty for swimming.park for non swimming. Parking is tough to get in the summer months. adults must be in the water with non swimmers.
