A large grassy area, a modest set of monkey bars, swings, and a single slide. Not the most elaborate park in the world, but does the trick for entertaining the 2yo and 4yo. If you feel adventurous you can head down to the beach which is quite rocky and skim stones.

In the past 28 years of camping in Fort Worden I am totally amazed we had never found this park before now! Where my children missed out on this gem, my grand children are now having a brilliant time there - delightful and fun!!

You can sit on a bench, lay in the grass, stroll through gardens and walk along the beach. It's clean and well maintained. Great views and you may see a bald eagle.
