I wanted to second the statement about water shoes. My son had a great time at the water park, but slipped and fell and got two significant scrapes on his legs. Capt. Yarr's is a lot of fun for the whole family. It provides entertainment for all ages. The staff at the park are very friendly and cater to almost all of your needs. Recommended to go during the warmer months though, like July or August. It is a lot of fun and you won't leave dry! more

My husband and I took our 2 children, aged 3 and 4, to the water park and had a great time. But I can not stress this strongly enough, have your children wear water shoes/sandals!
