We toured on Saturday and missed the activity of a busy plant. It eas still very interesting and informative After the tout we went to the gallery which was a bust. Pricing is rigged. You can go to the gallery for $10 or tour and gallery for $20. They do not even check tickets at the gallery and there is... More

Thank you for your review. The $10 Gallery only ticket is intended for people travelling with children who are not tall enough (children must be 48 inches or 122 cm) to take the Boeing Tour). The Future of Flight Aviation Center & Boeing Tour is a combined experience and if you purchase tickets in advance (highly recommended) the rate is... More

It’s really cool for me to be on the factory floor and see the real manufacturing of Boeing planes in progress, including the latest 787 model. Like someone who have mentioned in their earlier review, the tour guide brought up a lot of data of different plane models that I feel I should’ve asked for a copy of script in... More

Of all the activities in Washington, I was most looking forward to this one - but I was disappointed. Yes, it is fantastic seeing the large buidling and planes and I thought the price of $18 for a 90 minute tour was very reasonable. The program is very well executed. There are 3 different bus rides during the tour, a... More

We did the Boeing Tour and were SO impressed! The tour is run really well. It is informative and entertaining. The size of the factory building is mind-blowing! Even the Dreamliners look quite small lined up end to end in this vast factory! We almost missed the Future of Flight Museum but were glad that we didn't, although I would... More

Been wanting to do this tour for years. It lived up to its billing. Awesome, huge assembly line. Many factory tours take place during down time and you don't actually get to see anything happening. Not so on this very informative and fun tour. Highly recommend to all, not just airplane buffs

Their emphasis is on the past and present of flight, not that much to see about the future, other than planes being built that obviously will be flying also in the future. Nonetheless, an interesting visit and well worth the time and money. What is a complete waste of money is the Innovator, which offered a ride called ¨The Barnstormers¨which... More

The full factory tour is $18, vs $10 for just the gallery. Pay the extra 8 bucks for the tour. The gallery alone isn't worth the drive out there or the price. The factory tour takes you on a bus from the gallery building to the plant building. In the plant, you can't get close to anything, but the observation... More

We go and take the Future of Flight tour of the Boeing factory every few years and there is always something new. Boeing has been constantly changing the factory configuration and its aircraft product lines. The tour gives you a good idea of how different the production methods are for the 747, 777, and 787 aircraft. The 747 is an... More

They strongly advise visitors to call ahead and make a reservation for their public tour of the plant, but unless it’s a holiday or a weekend, I would certainly avoid calling them for ticket reservation, as you will be charged an extra $2.50 advanced reservation fee on top of the nominal price for the ticket. With that being said, this... More

There is no longer a $2.50 fee to book in advance. In fact, advance tickets are now $2 less than purchasing them at the door. More

This is definitely something you should not miss! The museum part is kind of small so it's fairly quick to go through. To be honest, its a little forgettable, but there is some neat stuff. The truly amazing part was the Boeing Factory tour. It was so cool seeing all those planes in various stages of assembly and all the... More
