A beautifully decorated German town about two hours east of Seattle. Great for families and couples to spend half a day or one whole day there, enjoying the local shops, restaurants and arts. During the summer months, the town is filled with flowers. However, I heard that it is also filled with beautiful lights during the winter months.

The park was a gathering place for families and tourists, nice to sit in the shade. There were several skateboarders that were zipping around in and out of the crowds that made walking a bit of a challenge. The town is beautiful with gorgeous flowers and buildings, the German style town was very interesting and beautiful. Lots of fun shops... More

I don't know if I would call it a real park since it is basically a just large strip of grass between the Highway and the mass of tourist-trap stores that make up all of Leavenworth. It does have a Maypole (why I don't know) and a large gazebo type bandstand. Since it is well maintained and has lots of... More

Its amazing as you drive through mainly flatland and treeless rolling hills that you end up in such a plush valley surrounded by mountains. The bavarian themed park is great to just poke around shops and look at the beautiful surroundings. Weekends in the summer get busy to expect waits at local eateries. If you can try parking behind the... More

Nice little park, clean and tidy, lots of grass to sit on and chat with friends. Pavilion in the centre that has live music occasionally.

They have many type of small displays and fairs there. It is in the middle of town. Good place to fall asleep on the grass ( not saying I did that) on a warm day. They had an art display when we were there.

This is a beautiful flower garden setting amidst the downtown shopping of Leavenworth. Be sure to take the time to sit and relax and "People Watch" in this shady area in the middle of downtown.
