Went to La Push in May and went out to the last stop in the Reservation. Went down to the beach and saw the lovely scenery however it was very windy and cold, and there was sand blowing everywhere. Be sure to take this short drive from Forks to La Push as James Island is simply amazing. Beautiful, black sand beach littered with HUGE trees from eons of wash up. Wicked awesome place.

Stunningly beautiful! I can't say enough about this beach. There is a huge driftwood tree that you can literally stand inside of. My favorite photo op of the entire trip!
