This bridge is good for two things driving over and taking pictures of. To get a good picture of it park in downtown La Conner and head for the water. You will have a great view of the bridge and get a plus; a great view of the best of La Conner, the dock/shore line. Like several towns in this... More

The views from the bridge are great but at the end of the day, it's a bridge. You either walk over it or drive over it.

It had great views but was a little narrow for cars and cyclists, we walked our bikes across. You could see our lodge from there.

An interesting bridge. Drive over it and drive under it to fully appreciate it. Very photographic and in a beautiful part of the state of Washington.

If you are really into photography than it's a great photo op other than that? Really not a great walk, lots of traffic and not easily accessible, La Conner has lots of things to do the bridge is really just eye candy.

We had a group picnic at Pioneer Park at the East end of the Rainbow Bridge. Beautiful, shady location for a summer picnic in the park.

When you spot a bridge like that, it beckons you to drive over it. Well the view over the channel was awesome, and I could have repeated the process several times.

What happened to the other 6 colors of the rainbow? Okay, so I really expected a more colorful bridge. For a sleepy little town though, it's an eye opener. It stands out through the surrounding green foliage and I did walk out to the end of town to take a picture of it. :D

La Conner Rainbow Bridge blends in fairly well (not an eyesore) with the local environment & is a nice viewing area of the picturesque downtown La Conner marina waterfront & boating traffic below when passing though the area.

What a great little town in the San Juan Islands near Anacortes, WA. Great shops, great scenery and great food. Small town flavor with the best food and people.
