Juanita Bay Park consists of a developed portion that used to be a golf course on the west side of Market Street and an undeveloped portion on the east side. There are public restrooms and a decent sized parking lot on the west side. The west side has a paved path meandering through it that leads to an old bridge... More

This is a great park for a walk, lots of nature to take in. Fun to explore the neighborhoods behind the park as well and look at the eclectic mix of houses. Make sure you walk out the bridges for views of bald eagles, herons and tons of great birds.

Love this park! There is almost always a cool breeze off the water, and benches to sit and "people watch". Four times around the park is one mile, and there are always walkers.

Like the setting. Avoid it on sunny weekends as it gets very crowded. I walk there year round . They close the toilets in the winter.

It is easy to get in a 2 mile stroll and the boardwalks over the marshlands make for safe platforms for viewing the local birds, turtles, waterlilies, cattails, etc. The parking lot is kind of small, but I am always amazed that it is often sparsely...
