This quiet smaller park is a neat place to walk along the north east side of Lake Washington. This isn't sandy beach swimming access but rather lily pads and cattails. The paths are paved and suitable for strollers. It's a neat place to take smaller kids because there are a lot of turtles and birds that can keep their interest... More

No big, but nice Lakefront, a small beach in Summer. Gets busy sometimes, but enough parking available- even across the street. Starbucks and places to eat are both in walking distance

The Juanita Beach Park is a historical landmark east of Seattle in Kirkland. It was and remains an extremely popular sandy beach with enclosed swimming area that is standing room only in August. The park was beautifully remodeled a few years ago by the Kirkland Parks Dept. (one of the best park depts. in the U.S.) at a cost of... More

This park is both beautiful and peaceful even on a fall day! Loved looking at the lake as we walked along the beach.

We all love Juanita beach but we all have to be careful of the cleanliness of the water. Hopefully, the powers that be can figure out what we can do that we're not already doing, like not feeding the ducks.

This is a converted 9 hole par three golf course ON Lake Washington. It is a sheltered cove teeming with migratory birds. It is essentially level for those who have baby carriages or those who use hov-arounds.The shore is rich with frogs, turtles, and beavers. Good parking, many wildlife photographers and just plain walkers and talkers

Juanita Bay Park consists of a developed portion that used to be a golf course on the west side of Market Street and an undeveloped portion on the east side. There are public restrooms and a decent sized parking lot on the west side. The west side has a paved path meandering through it that leads to an old bridge... More

Juanita Bay Park is great place for couples, families, and for just some alone time. The season and time of day determine how you'd like to utilize the park. For picnics and other large gatherings during the peak summer months from June - Aug, you'll want to arrive early to grab that perfect spot be it on one of the... More
