I drive to and from work every day on a road that parallels and overlooks the park. Everyone should have such a great view. The only thing better than looking at it is being IN it. It's a beautiful location for just sitting or picnicking as you enjoy the view of the Columbia River. There's a paved pathway the entire... More

Columbia Park is an outdoor persons' paradise: a par 3 golf course, foot golf and disc golf., walking/cycling path with views of the Columbia River. A great deal of the Park is anatural environement so one can experience native plants/trees and of course the wildlife which live therein. There is an Audubon nature trail maintained by our local Audubon Club,... More

This is one of our favorite places to stop for a quick Sunday afternoon picnic. We've seen numerous Hydroplane races here and have visited the Veterans Memorial. Located in Kennewick along the Columbia River, this park must be seen as a combination of all its parts. There is something for everyone. People in the tri-cities should not take the park... More

Gotta say I lived in Kennewick WA for 11 years and enjoyed this Park throughout the Year. There are events planned every week like Classic car shows, Boat races, theater attractions, Playgrounds for all ages, half-pipes for skaters, BBQ and picnic areas along the 10+ mile riverside and Clover Island with it's boat launches and harbors Pubs and Restaurants, Tri... Nice paved path for walking or riding bikes. 3 good boat launches. Playground of screams is great playground for kids. Kids fishing pond is stocked once in a while. Supposed to be for kids but you see adults breaking the law and over fishing it. Park has gazebos and tables, plenty of room to throw a Frisbee with friends or... More

Wonderful path beside the lovely Columbia River. Also a nice bike path...sometimes it is both a walk and hike path. It is clean for the most part. The park is well maintained and there are some decent toilets.

We visited this park for the first time and we were impressed. There is several miles of beautiful views of the river, plus a very nice green lawn section. Its great for walks, picnics, boating, and scenic views. There are beach areas. There is also sitting areas to watch boats and it looked to me like periodic boat races. There... More

Nice paths, clean. I appreciate that there are not a lot of low bushes at the east end of the park. It's a safety thing. The park is pretty running along the Columbia River. I do wish though that there was more of a police patrol through there....clearly there was "other" business being conducted besides enjoying the park.

There are some wonderful features about this park and they have spent a considerable amount of money making it family friendly, however, the grass is horrible. It is full of Barley and goat heads.. Not a fun thing to walk on.. They take very good care of the golf course though..

Columbia Park in Kennewick is a must see. I stretches along the Columbia River for several miles and is lined with picnic tables, benches and parklets. There is a nine hole par 3 golf course and driving range along the drive and for the kids, there is the Dream Park, which is a large playground, complete with fishing lake (small)... More
