This is one of the most beautiful wineries we've ever visited. The view to the area is simply amazing. Vineyard is like an infinity stretch all the way to the Columbia River. There is an amphitheater for summer concerts. We visited on a Saturday, when music was playing in the terrace area. Plenty of tables and bar stools for enjoying... More

A huge selection of home-brewed wines, probably overly ambitious - some good, some rather mediocre. The patio is a delightful spot from which to enjoy a glass of wine and get an eagle's-eye view of the Columbia valley, from Mt. Hood on the west, well up the gorge on the east. If a nice dinner is what you're looking for,... More

We attended the Karen Lovely concert at Maryhill winery, and had a great time. She and her band gave a fabulous performance. There was a food truck onsite, and we enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and the bbq brisket. The patio has vines covering the overhead trellis and misters, so even though it was 106 in the sun, the patio... More

As everybody points out this is a spectacular place to visit even on a sweltering summer afternoon. The staff is, by and large, good, and the wine is also, on balance, pretty good. The tasting fee is a modest $5 (refunded with any purchase). However we were put off by, among other things, the $50 fee for joining the wine... More

This winery was a fun stop. The tasting room people are friendly and the wines we tasted were very good. We had a picnic with us and bought some wine and we sat on their expansive deck/patio. Very comfortable and the view was amazing. Both shaded and sun tables to choose from.

We stopped in on a hot summer day to task some wine. Each of the staff members was attentive and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to have Miles walk us through the wide variety of offerings with helpful hints for our wine collection. After the tasting we grabbed a few items from their selection of deli items and enjoyed a... More

We were very impressed with the winery and and the staff. So impressed we joined their Wine Club. I plan on taking a group of girlfriends in a few weeks.

Many wineries were closed on Monday. We went to Maryhill and were delighted that the tasting room was open and not crowded. Shanda poured our flight. She was knowledgeable about the flight wines, and other wines we had questions about. Although offered, there was no pressure to join the club. We loved the Reserve Aurelia!!!! We bought a glass of... More

Six of us visited the Maryhill Winery in early July, 2015. In advance, we arranged for a private tasting in the Reserve Room. Although this may cost a little more than tasting with other visitors in the more public room, it was worth it. Our dedicated host was very knowledgeable and offered a wide variety of wines to suite our... More

Excellent wines. Pay $5 for tasting and get it back on an excellent wine. My favorites include Zin, Cab Franc and Merlot.
