You can't beat the view from the deck of this winery, we saw Mt. Hood clearly in the distance, and there's the vast sweeping plains of Eastern Oregon laid out in front of you, past the stunning view of the Columbia River below you. Even though we were among the last customers to arrive for Sunday's events, we were treated... More

Going to Maryhill Winery is like going to your favorite retreat spot. I could spend literally hours soaking up the sun while overlooking the vast vineyard and venue, not to mention sharing a bottle of your favorite while listening to fun, funky, beautiful live music on the weekends. Only downfall maybe no eateries but have no fear, take along a... More

This place is a must for travelers on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge. Spectacular views and some great wines. There is an amphitheater set amongst grapes vineyard's, with cherry, apple and a variety of other orchard's.

Nice winery...one of the largest in the area. I didn't care for their wines too much, but the scenery was awesome. I don't have a very "sophisticated palette" so don't let that scare you away from this great spot.

Super time at this winery. The varietal wines are unusual from others. The 2008 port was superb and there are some excellent reasonably priced reds. The view is great and their are plenty of spots to sit outside and have a glass with some cheese/vege's. We will make this a regular stop on our travels through the gorge.

They are known for their reds, particularly Zin and Cabernet. We went twice, once tasting in the reserve room (need to be a wine club member), and once in the regular room. Small tasting fee which is waved if you buy some wine. Great view.

We stopped to taste some wine and were not greeted, but asked if we were 'member's' and given a list of what they were offering and told it was a charge. The server who was helping us even took the wine list book from in front of me as I was reviewing their wines, closed it, pointed to the small... More

I have always wanted to go this winery, but have never stopped since it was so far out on the Columbia Gorge. So, since we were in Hood River, OR we decided to drive over to it. The temperature went up easily 10 or 15 degrees. It has beautiful views of grapevines, their concert venue, outdoor seating and a fountain... More

We attended the Willie Nelson concert, sitting on the patio. Dinner and parking in the on-site lot was included in the ticket. It was a little far from the stage, but we were in CHAIRS, close to a bathroom, and had servers bringing us beverages and our food. The "table" is actually sort of a bar that runs around the...
