We have been here twice! We really like the hot springs! Try not to book your stay on the weekends...the hot springs gets crazy busy with day visitors on the weekends! Two great hikes in the area are Lovers Lane trail from the Hot Springs parking lot to Sol Duc Falls...6 miles round trip. Another hike is to Mink Lake...around... More

Okay, so you're wanting to visit Olympic National Park but there are like a million things to do and see that all look amazing. If you're debating between Sol Duc and the Hoh Rainforest, definitely go with Sol Duc. The Hoh Rainforest was pretty, but once we got to Sol Duc, we realized that we were seeing everything that the... More

The Sol Duc was so unique at wonderful. The soaking pools are about 104 and we got there when the first opened as we wanted to soak in our own water. If you arrive after 11 you may be soaking in 50 to 100 peoples water

Not huge but a beautiful, short hike to the falls. Beautiful setting with a bridge over the cascades. Lots of spray!

We hiked out to the falls on an early morning, it was breathtakingly beautiful. The walk was very easy and the path was well marked. We saw a deer in the woods. A must see in the Olympic National Forest.

As is everything here it is all great to stop and see. Well worth the time spent. The constant drizzle was nothing once you get a rain coat.

Ate lunch by the pool at the resort. Food was very pricey but in this part of the state you really don't have much choice.....pay the price, bring your own or go hungry.

The cabins at Sol Duc were the best lodging we stayed in while visiting Olympic NP. The restaurant was OK. The pools were interesting and relaxing after lots of hiking. Hard to get used to the sulfur smell though. Short drive to awesome falls hike.

One of my favorite waterfalls. It's not the biggest, highest, however its setting is magical with northwest green everywhere.

This was a great hike into the falls. This is the falls in Olympic National Park that is most well known. With the bridge over the falls area it makes for great viewing and pictures. Don't miss this one.
