This park has a safe accessible sound beach. There are tennis courts, an off leash dog park, and fishing is allowed. This is a very family friendly beach.

Charming park with a bridge over railway track; beach; beautiful sunset. Went with kids and they enjoyed it very much. In the 2 hours we spent there, we saw 3 trains going on the tracks nearby leading to the port. Note: No stroller access as you need to tackle around 50 steps.

I love this park so much. It's a great off leash park, never too many dogs. And is never really crowded. There is always a seal swimming around!

There is a lot of things to do pack into this relatively small park. There's tennis for adults, a playground for parents with kids, a few tables overlooking the water for picnics, and a path down to an off-leash beach for dog owners. The park generally isn't crowded because it is easy to miss when driving.

Make sure you go on a clear day, beautiful view of the Pacific's to the west. I decided to move here from MI at this park.

Tucked away in the trees by the water is this charming little park. Remember to take the skybridge over the train tracks for beach access. Especially worthwhile when the tide is out.

Howarth Park was a wonderful find! Take your camera, because the area is beautiful. There are 3 parking lots at this site. The lower lot requires visitors to climb a few sets of stairs before arriving at the bridge that will take you over the train tracks and to the beach. The middle lot doesn't have as many steps to... This is easily my favorite park in Everett because of all the places within the park that are tucked away to which one can escape and explore. For example the tennis courts are sunk down and surrounded by trees and are at the top of the park making for a pleasant and almost private game of tennis. A large sweep... More

Lovely place to spend an afternoon if the weather permits, adore taking your lunch and coffee and just sitting in front of the water
