Before I went there I had no idea what an applets or cotlets was. They are middle eastern candy made from fruit. They are so good. They have samples from different types of fruit that are grown in the area. This location is also the factory so you can watch them being made. Very clean and reasonable in price. The... More

Me and my family have been visiting Leavenworth for years. This year we were told about Aplets and Cotlets me and my husband went on a Sunday and were sad to find out that there wasn't any production. The candy store employee was so nice she showed us where the free samples were and offered to take us on a... More

If you never heard of this candy before, this is where they are made. You can sample the various mixtures of candies, jams, etc. They have a friendly and helpful staff to assist you every step of the way. You want to know how the candy is manufactured? Show up for the week day tours! Ample parking.

Applets and Cotlets have been a favourite candy for years. Cashmere, Washington is the home of the original (and still operating) candy making factory. The tour is short and interesting. All candy is still packed by hand. Lots of samples to try and there are some incredible deals to be found on factory seconds. The town of Cashmere is charming... More

You owe it to yourself to stop in and taste some samples from this place. Very small in comparison to how 'big' they really are. Even if you do not like aplets or cotlets, they have many other flavors and varieties that you can sample.

We loved the family atmosphere of this tour. The company has been family owned for 4 generations. They still hand process all their product and have the availability to watch it happen. The people on the production line were friendly and really seemed to love their job.

It was a first time at this store on our recent day trip adventure. Have always seen the sign, but never had stopped. Soooo glad we stopped on our Tuesday adventure! What a cool store with yummy treats. There's a tour of the room right next door where they make the candy. You can watch through the window! There's the... More

Camping in the area and knew of the products as we have received them for gifts. Wonderful little gem of a shop with samples galore to find just the right taste. Left with over $50 worth of treats to share with family back in Canada. Kept the chocolates in the cooler - zero issues. Really like the items - salsa,... More
