This is a great little stop in the area when the weather is getting very hot by noon or later. We never miss it. Aplets and Cotlets are a sort of Turkish Delight adapted to regional fruits like Apricots and Apples (orchard fruits). The people who do the tours run them something like every 20 minutes or so, and the... More

Lots of items to sample. Free tours of the factory right there. Good wholesome candy and plenty to choose from.

This is a nice store. I would have given it more than average but during the tour the processing was shut down for switching of products. I can understand that but we wanted to see how it all worked.

I have been a fan of Aplets and Cotlets for many years. Folks who know and love the Chronicles of Narnia will remember Edmund eating enchanted Turkish Delight. They make it here, without the magical side effects. There is plenty to sample, and buy, in the store, and the factory is just behind the gray doors. Our tour guide, Lauren,... More

If you like these "Turkish Delights" this is a must stop! Lots & lots of free samples, good prices because some of the boxes are near expiration date so the savings is there. Also bulk bagged applets & cotlets are great prices. We missed the factory tour because the last one is at 3:30 p.m. & we didn't know that.... More

Who wouldn't want to see where yummy candy is made? We did and were very excited... until we started shopping. We were originally greeted by a very lovely young woman who soon left to lead a tour. As we shopped, a different girl (short, long dark hair and olive skin tone) watched us closely and followed us around the store... More

We adore Aplets & Cotlets and all the related candies, so this was a real treat. The tour is fun --- and yes, it's quick, but interesting. You must wear a hair net (provided) and you can't bring food/drink inside the factory area. You can take pictures if you wish. Free samples of a few of the flavors are provided... More

When I was a kid, these were a special treat for me out in Cosmopolis. Stopped here the other day, watched the folks boxing candy, bought a few gifts. Neat to see the folks through the glass doing their 9 to 5 while you as a passerby get to see whats going on behind closed doors. Lots of samples of... More

Adorable store, friendly employees, and yummy samples. We had a great experience on the tour, just wish it was longer. Good date idea!

I always loved Aplets & Cotlets so I was excited to visit. This was just a little store. They had a video of "factory". We never saw the actual tour because we were there fairly late. they close at 4 on Saturday's. I was happy to have the Aplets and Cotlets fresh, they are better then in the store months... More
