What a gem in the middle of Bellingham. This facility was almost lost to a developer years ago who was going to level it and build who knows what. It instead was restored and brought back to it's original beauty. It is loved by many and used daily for many special events and performances.

We saw Pink Martini. I was a little worried, because even though I purchased the tickets quite a while in advance, I had only been able to get seats a bit far back. Well, it turned out just fine, as the theatre is small enough so that these seats still had a good view of the stage. The seats were... More

We are so fortunate to have this wonderful venue in our city. A perfect restoration of this beautiful theater. Always anxious to attend events.

We have heard so many wonder concerts at this theater. The building is so multi tasking in the types of venues it can present. The acoustics are beautiful & the décor will knock your socks off. The Director has a keen eye on shows that they present. Can't go wrong going to the Mt Baker Theater for a concert.

There is not a bad seat in the house. For music rows "o" and "p" are the best. The staff are all friendly and helpful. While some events seem to be pricey because the venue is not that huge and the viewing and sound are exceptional there is great value to the price of the ticket. It is also possible... More

Saw Jake Shimabukuro here and it was excellent. Plays in their smaller venue are also very good. Keep an eye out for performances here.

A wonderful oasis between Seattle and Vancouver for top entertainment. The playbill for the year features many top rated shows familiar to everyone as well as gifted though less known performers. We've never been disappointed. Wish we could have longer visits from the various shows and that would avoid allow us to dodge scheduling conflicts but the local population may... More

I wish I had not sold the four red velvet chairs that were original to this Theatre. Wonderful icon and top spot for some great plays, music and a diverse venue of entertainment options for all! Lovely architecture and quaint theatre interior. Great customer service. Easy parking. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Bellingham is blessed to have this architectural gem still part of the downtown fabric. The restored MBT hosts an impressive array of local, regional, national and international talent. It can accommodate small, intimate gatherings and talks in its varied spaces but also has the magnificent main stage for performers such as Lyle Lovett, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Los Lobos.... We saw David Saderis at the Mount Baker Theatre last Friday. It was a great show and a wonderful venue as always. I prefer seating in the Lodges. The sound is great and it is a beautiful old theatre.
