We live above Lake Padden and regularly walk/run around it. It's always busy with activity. It has baseball parks, dog park, kid's play area, covered party shelters, 2.6 mile walking trail, access to horse and mountain bike trails, swim area [no lifeguard due to budget cutbacks], lots of picnic tables, and plenty of grassy areas to soak up the sun... I'm not much of a swimmer and if I am it either has to be warm, clear blue tropical ocean or a clean pool....but Lake Padden is still fabulous. Great 2+ mile walk around the lake which you can take your dog on a leash, nice roped off swimming area for the kids and lots of space to picnic. Also... More

Golf, swim, walk, ride horses, there's so many things available at Lake Padden Park. Even a decent meal at the golf club center. More
