A 2 1/2 mile trail around a secluded and scenic little lake. No big hills, no rugged paths, perfect for a few old ladies.

Gentle mountain biking trails ring the lake, but the real riding is across the road on Galbraith Mountain. Downhill and all-mountain mountain bikes are available for rent at several bike shops in the area. It's a hike a bike mountain and there are not shuttles or lifts to get to the top so plan on peddling. The top is about... More

This park is beautiful! Whether you want to swim, hike, jog, or play with your dog, you can do it all here. The walk around the lake is a gravelled path plenty wide enough to accomodate runners, cyclists and walkers and is around 2 miles long. The dog park is amazing! Lots of room for them to romp and play... More

You can walk the 2.6 miles around the lake with the family or bike it. Beautiful and serene. Ample parking, a dog park, covered picnic areas and swimming/boating in the summer. You can also catch some mountain biking trails from Lake Padden if that's your thing.

It's a great place to fish from the shore as no boat motor is allowed. A nice trail all around the lake and there is a dock on the west side and a play area with bbq area on the other side of the park. Also a tennis court by the end entrance.

Biking distances from home, perfect for running and paddling all year round, and swimming in the summer months. One point off, not for the park itself, but the yahoos who frequent the covered picnic areas and don't clean up after themselves.

An early morning walk around Lake Padden is a wonderful way to start your day. This is a place you can go to by yourself and not feel afraid. The paths are well used and many are running/walking around the lake throughout the day. This is child friendly and a great place for kids to ride their bikes around. Also... More

Lake Padden is a fantastic place with sights and activities for everyone. The placid, forest ringed lake is stunningly beautiful in every season. It also provides excellent fishing. A well maintained 3-1/2 mile trail encircles the lake. It is mostly level - only minor grades on the west side - that is very popular with families and dog walkers. There... More

I loved that this lake had a trail that went all the way around it, yet it felt like you were in the middle of a forest. It was rather crowded, being a beautiful Sunday, but there was room for everyone. We saw plenty of runners and cyclists as well.

This forest park encompasses an entire pristine lake. No motor boats here. Lots of wildlife, including a great variety of wild ducks in winter. Multiple use trails invite walkers and bicyclists to enjoy the view from all sides. There is a playground for children.
