We hug here for several hours today. Lots of families and picnics happening, people on the water in boats, kayaks, SUP, floaties or whatever...really enjoyable.

Lake Padden is a wonderful recreation location right in Bellingham. It is a biking area, boating, running, and welcome spot for dogs also.

Lots of things to do if you have a young family; swimming, boating and places for pets, too! We strolled around and took pictures for awhile.

I love running at this park! Lake Padden Park surrounds Lake Padden and is a great place to fish, exercise, picnic, sun bath, play basketball and bring your family. I run at this park regularly. The main trail loops around the lake and is 2.6 miles. There is access to many other trails as well if you care to run... More

A 2 1/2 mile trail around a secluded and scenic little lake. No big hills, no rugged paths, perfect for a few old ladies.

Downhill and all-mountain mountain bikes are available for rent at several bike shops in the area. It's a hike a bike mountain and there are not shuttles or lifts to get to the top so plan on peddling. The top is about... More
