Nice day

Falls are beautiful, and it's a free city park. Nice short, easy hikes, bikes, or with pets. Enjoyed the fresh fall air and leaf colours.

This is somewhat of a hidden jem if you're from out of town. The park has fish hatchery within the park. A small fishing lake at the top of the "falls". Trails along the creek are mild to moderate in difficulty. Along the way you'll see about half a dozen falls ranging from a few feet to fifty feet. The... More

Beautiful falls, even ferocious after rain... misnamed Whatcom Creek is often a raging river. Also miles of deeply forested trails, swimming holes, picnic areas and even a fishery. The pride of Bellingham. Not to be missed!

We had beautiful weather and the foliage was lush and green. The bridge you cross is a work of art and the falls are really nice even at this time of year when the water is not flowing as much as in the spring. Very glad we made time to see it!

This is a forest park, with tall Douglas firs and western red cedars, and gorgeous falls, in the middle of a city. Very unusual. Also chock full of multiple use paths for walkers and bicyclists. Stunning variety of wildlife can be seen along the trails, in Derby Pond, along Whatcom Creek, and at Scudder Pond, which is managed by North... More

The falls are beautiful. A very peaceful place to go if you've had a rough day. Great trails. Fun for Fido too. A clean setting so make sure to bring Fido's poop bag.

We loved this park. We spent the afternoon walking trails in this beautiful place and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Don't miss this if you are in town for a visit.

We have walked the trails many times with our dogs. This visit we actually got into one of the pools under the falls. Pretty amazing!

This little gem of a park has beautiful waterfalls, with great photo spots on the WPA bridge. We enjoyed our walks along the various trails and the overlooks along the river. There is a great playground for little kids too.
