Bellevue's downtown park is a nice place to enjoy the great weather. Its easy walking distance from Bellevue Square or Lincoln Square. Nice to eat lunch at during the work week. There are nice fountains and open lawn.
Having been in Bellevue and stuck staying in a hotel for over a week, I took my Kindle on the record sunny Sunday in May, and headed down to the park.
It's a really good sized open space, and on some days you'll find soccer pitches coned out, or maybe volleyball nets set up - so whilst reading or relaxing,...

I absolutely love this park. It lies just steps outside of Bellevue Town Center. It is a 1/2 mile walking trail that circles the park itself with steps, park benches, and a beautiful waterfall and pond. I never tire of the beauty. It is such a lovely and safe place to walk, sit and read, or just enjoy your take-out...

4th of July fireworks always fun here, and a little less of a headache to get to than Seattle's displays. Park is lovely.
Fun to stroll and observe the fountains and pond waters - lots of ducks to watch frolic! The playground toys are nice and parking is ample. It is a nice little walk and very open - toddlers can run safely!
Whether you're jogging the perimeter path, playing frisbee on the great lawn, sunning quietly (ok there are some rainy days in Bellevue) or taking the kids to the well-equipped playground - with adjacent restrooms, Bellevue's downtown park is a gem! And the duck pond and water feature turn into an ice-skating rink during the winter.
This park is always really clean and never too crowded (unles it is the 4th of July and there are fireworks). It is really nice when it is not raining to go there and read.. The circuit to run is exactly one mile and it is nice and well preserved. Only two blocks away from the mall. Many dining options...

With kids or without kids, this park is for everyone. The water fall is very soothing, the park is huge and loads of people do different things there: some make it a place to play volley ball, flying disc, some just relax under the trees or watch the ducks.
The play area for kids is a little too small with...

Wonderful mix of all nationalities plus a lot of small dogs on leash. We visit this park all the time, summer through winter.
