The Mercer Slough park is the last remaining wetland in King county. The area is essentially a bog that drops down about 60' from the road. The park has board walks extending across it. The 2 loop trails together are good for a 6 mile run. Places of interest along the way are the Winter's house and the Overlake blue... More

This park is the site where I went to second grade. Now it is converted into a really large park in downtown Bellevue. Lots of green and a great place to just go and relax and clear your mind after the trash and bustle of a city that is too plastic and glitzy.

Awesome location for a good morning run.. close to the downtown hotels and nice and clean park with a good running track. Could have added facility for drinking water and that would have helped a lot !

Like the rest of Bellevue, this park is very well manicured. In the middle of August, the grass was a very lush green. There is a circular gravel path which is marked 1/2 mile per loop. There is a canal which leads to a pleasant waterfall and large pond. Some hobbyists were running remote control model boats. Lot of ducks.... More

This is a very nice park in the center of a residential area. Ample parking stalls, children play ground, nice trial and a big waterfall. There were some art displays in the park as well while we were there. We enjoyed looking at the flowers/plants that are planted at the "side". We enjoyed our walk here.

Excellent for jogging, running, for strolling, taking your pets, kids. Downtown park has fountains which look beautiful. For kids their are swings. Also, many shows are arranged in this particular park, eg 4 July fest, summer movie shows etc. A must visit for those staying around this area.

The best and probably the only place to relax a little bit in Bellevue. Would even prefer to go to the Bellevue Square Mall than going there. It can be characterized as unappealing and leaves me indifferent.

I came to this park to exercise as I was staying 3 blocks away at the Hyatt Regency hotel. The track offers 1/2 mile for each loop. Great water feature and a view of the downtown high rise makes this a 5 star park. Good for a sunrise walk due to the view. Mt Rainier can be seen on clear... More

Even though it is not something I would have gone vastly out of my way for, the downtown park is a really wonderful place to sit back and relax in. If you happen to be around the Bellevue mall and have some time to spare, I'd highly recommend a stroll around. Plenty of space too where people were playing frisbee,... More

This park is such a beautiful, peaceful spot right in the heart of downtown Bellevue. There is a pretty fountain with plenty of ducks to feed; a playground area for children and a great little walking/running trail with benches throughout. The lap is exactly 1/2 mile, so it's easy to track your runs - at times it gets crowded so... More
