Nice place to walk through; no real hiking here. Good location to the downtown Bellevue area. During the spring and summer the flowers and plants are blooming making it even lovelier.

During the holidays the botanical gardens are transformed into a kaleidoscope of lights in the shapes of animals, sea life, plants, etc. Truly a magical place to walk around They only charge a fee during the holidays but the money goes to food banks I believe.

This community treasure is a perfect escape any time of the year. Daily admission is free, which makes it a perfect place to drop into for a walk. Lovely trails, plantings and a don't miss event - an annual Christmas light display which is truly magical.

I hope to return every year to see the Christmas lights in the Botanical garden (have never been to the garden otherwise) - beautiful and so much fun!

the ideal time to visit is in the spring, summer and fall but even in winter the Bellevue Garden is a place to escape. The ravine walk and suspension bridge are great for families. The Perennial Garden, Fuchsia Garden and Yao all offer different perspectives on Northwest landscapes.Several interesting spots to sit and read or bring your lunch. Nice gift... More

Each year I make it a point to visit the Botanical Gardens during the holidays for the spectacular display of lights....a frog here; a bird peeking from behind a bush....trees and candy canes and houses to delight. Grab your family, a cup of hot chocolate and take a leisurely stroll...you won't be sorry.....and who knows, you might make a new... More

I visit this garden in autumn every year, 6 years in a row. Each time, I am amazed by its beatiful gardens, trees, flowers, colors, peace, ponds, even rain drops! It is a comfortable walk in the garden to enjoy the peace, the colors, the freshness, and the fragrance. Though I have been here 6 times, I see different autumn... More

We used to live close by the botanical garden and made frequent trips there. It is a lovely, quiet space where one can just stroll and relax. Definitely worth a visit!

We hadn't been back since they changed the parking lot and put up a new building, both are a wonderful improvement. This is our favorite place when visiting family in Bellevue. The walk is just the right length on easy, well maintained paths with plenty of benches. We always enjoy the variety of trees, the many different flowers and shrubs.... More
