We were here last week with the grandkids and family. The heat index was 106, but we still had a great time. The Potomac Nationals are a Class A ball club and are affiliated with the Washington Nationals. Sometimes we are treated to a superstar from the major league team as they are often sent here after a rehab assignment... More

Pfitzner Stadium is home to the Potomac Nationals, the Carolina League affiliate of the Washington Nationals. The stadium has been a subject of debate for a few years, currently there is a proposal to build a new stadium closer to I-95 and the Stonebridge Town Center. I say that to frame this review. While there might be issues with the... More

A fun little ballpark with a nice young team. They do a lot of great little things for kids and families. The only downside I found was the price of food and drink was comparable to larger ballparks. If you watch the calendar, they have dollar days and stuff to mitigate that though. All in all, a great time!

This is an old fashioned minor league ball park. I mean that in a good way because I feel nostalgic for the closeness of the stands to the field. The team is a High A affiliate of the nearby Washington Nationals and major stars can be seen here during their rehabilitation from injuries. Concessions are reasonable and specialty items are... Easy to access and not too pricey. Aways room in the stadium. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Typically ballpark food/drinks.

A great place to take your family on a weekend night! I have not been during the weekdays to the special nights but we make sure we go every Saturday because of the fireworks! The staff is very friendly and great fans as well! The food and drinks are mid range prices, and the parking is very accessable. This is... More

The title of this review says it all. The stadium has been in use since the late 80s and it shows. It is no wonder that the Parent League asked the team to upgrade the locker rooms in order to keep the team in town

Okay area for having a quiet evening--no matter how exciting the game. Food okay. Hard to stay on task as spectator

This venue is unique for baseball enthusiasts in the DC area, in that the game is played so close to the stands you as the spectator are almost in the game. Prices for the games are very reasonable as well as the concessions. For just a couple of additional dollars box seats can purchased and the staff brings you the... More

Because I live within a mile of the stadium I go quite often. My family loves $1.00 Mondays. It's a great place to take the whole family for a fun time and the prices are cheaper than a movie ticket. If your a baseball fan this is the place to take your whole family.
