After reading some of the reviews I was worried about going there with my husband, sister-in-law and husband. I don't know where these other folks went who wrote such negative reviews but we had a great time. The Pennsylvania Dutch buffet was great, play (the Drowsey Chaperone) was funny, staff was attentive, efficient and polite. All in all it was... More

I just returned from my first visit to the Lazy Susan Dinner Theater. I had purchased groupon tickets for my family (11 year old twins, my husband and myself) to see the Drowsy Chaperone with some trepidation after reading the reviews. My entire family was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was average, but fine and... More

Okay so im here on a school field trip... And it was DISGUSTING! There was bugs everywhere! I had to get new silverware because bugs crawled out of it and there were many bugs crawling around in our food. Not to mention the food was inedible. It was impossible to tell what was what and when you did, it was... More

Love dinner theatres in general and we really need one in the Fairfax/Prince William area. But this is a place that needs a makeover! Renovations or new location, fresher lighter food, new management. From the smells (moldy and dusty), the sights (aged and tacky), and the tastes (prefab terrible), this place needs rescuing STAT. If not for the valiant efforts... More

Well, first of all...I was part of a school trip to the Lazy Susan on the 24th of May, 2013. If the two negative reviews were based on the performance on the 24th, then they were not in my group and we were the ONLY student group there that night. The LazynSusan is tight, dated and perhaps the food is... More

Ok so I'm on a school trip right now so I didn't pick this place. They made you dress up and they get you all excited but when you get there it looks like a trailer. This place was so gross! It smell terribly of mold. Plus I sat under a leaky pipe that drip all over me all night.... More

The dinner theatre part of Lazy Susan is pretty great for local entertainment. Of course there will always be a few overactors, but I didn't expect the food to be so blah. Would have paid a few more dollars to get much higher quality food. The buffet style of getting the food didn't bother me so much--it was just tasteless... More

We went to enjoy aperformance of The Unexpected Guest at the Lazy Susan. Would not have known about the place other than a groupon. A bit hard to find - our neighbor at dinner described the sign outside as the "Bates Motel" sign - worn, rusted, hanging a bit askew - The dinner was buffet and the food was fine.... More

Great concept. The staff are efficient. However, the food isn't so great; the roast beef was cold and tough. They seat you then start the buffet and depending on how many guests, you may wait 30-45 minutes for the play to start. The restroom facilities cannot handle the crowds they seat efficiently. We went on a two-for- ticket and still... More

Location: Older building in need of renovations. Clean. Tucked in between route 1 and the freeway. Parking lot is in need of repair. Food: Poor. Ended up not eating most of what I dished up. Although there was a large selection, it did not taste very good. Performance: Good. It was entertaining. The quality is what you would expect for... More
