We have always enjoyed programs held here. It is very conveniently located and a comfortable venue. In May there were no programs here but there were last fall. Not sure why but there was a program in the auditorium at the Museum

We attended an hour-plus evening performance that attempted to re-create the kind of "traveling show" that our nation's founding fathers might have attended. Interesting and entertaining!

The Kimball Theater shows many interesting films, not the run of the mill things you see at your local mall. In addition there are live performances by Colonial Williamsburg re-enactors, and many fabulous concerts. The theater was rebuilt as a viable music performance space in the late 90s-early 2000s, and is quite successful. The town's chamber orchestra, the Williamsburg Symphonia,... More

The Kimball puts on a wide range of productions including lectures, music, plays, movies, and more. It can be difficult to find parking nearby. Many of the shows are sold out and unless you arrive early you will not a good seat.

This little theatre puts on a great variety show that is appropriate for all ages. A fun evening. You have to get tickets thru the Colonial Williamsburg website or at the welcome center.

We always enjoy the Kimball Theater. Over the years we have seen various performances and shows and always leave with having had a great time. It is neat to see an old time theater. If you are in Williamsburg and have the opportunity to see something in the Kimball Theater don't miss it. Craig W

I have seen this at least four times in the past decade and every time it is pure fun, I mean laugh-out-loud knee-slapping fun. I cannot begin to describe the show save that it includes Bible stories, skits, an escaped porcupine and a puppet show about pirates. The latter is the source of one of my favorite lines "Thanks to... More

always fun and different.... theater you can't get most places. NOT the current shows but special ones in a small 'viewing' room or slightly larger theater setting. Great night out and then walk along DOG street and take in the other sights from the present and the past. Charming

Musical program focused on the "armonica" invented by Benjamin Franklin. The musician really knew his stuff, but unfortunately is moving to California and won't be playing his glass instruments at the Kimball anytime again soon.
