These are always fun mini-golf courses, but when we went later in the evening and it was way too crowded. There was no one to make sure group sizes were correct and it was very slow. It took us over 2.5 hrs to play 36 holes of mini golf! It was too late to even go to the Dairy Queen!!! more

Pirates cove mini golf courses are always great courses since they are not flat, ordinary courses. They normally (which this one did as well) wind up over a mountain of some sort and around waterfalls and rivers. There are many obstacles and the kids always beg to go back more

My family stopped here to play mini golf. We are very familiar with the Pirate's Cove name, and this location did not dissapoint. Same beautiful set up and attention to detail...but odd that it is located in the K-Mart parking lot. Good time, cheap, bring your camera for the photo ops at the end (where you turn your clubs in) more

We had some extra time before dinner and decided to check out Pirate's Cove. What a wonderful, well-maintained mini-golf course! This is by far the best mini-golf course I've been to. We enjoyed reading about the history of Blackbeard as sometimes we had to wait for the group ahead of us. It's too bad there aren't more places like this... more

We happened to come across this mini golf place on our way home from dinner in Williamsburg. It was after 9pm and it was absolutely packed! My daughter (12yrs) and I went in and played the Blackbeard Course and had absolutely the best time! The staff was very friendly and helpful (as it was our first time and we didn't... more

I am a mini-golf fanatic and make it a point to play on all my vacations as i collect the score cards. On our last night of our trip, my family and I played at Pirate's Cove and had a wonderful time! They have 2 different courses, one is more expensive than the other by about 50 cents, but the... more
