Me and my boyfriend went on our second real date here and it was SO much fun. I am scared of heights but I wasn't that day because I felt very safe with the equipment and instruction the guides had provided. It's tons of fun and everybody really works with everyone by encouraging them that they can do it and... More

If you are looking for a great challenge for you and your teenagers, this is the place. The staff is excellent, they are courteous and knowledgable. The staff explains the safety harness and teaches you what to do. They make sure you know what you are doing before they set you out to explore the course. If you are afraid of... More

Best day of our trip, hands down. It was a bit expensive but worth every penny. Both my teenage daughters (17&18) had a blast! The choice of taking the easier route vs the extreme route allows more athletic/adventurous climbers the chance to take it to another level, while less able climbers can go another route. The staff was friendly and... More

Zip lining was fun but the real fun were the obstacles!!! Only for the athletic people out there! Pay attention to the weight requirements--if you're close to them, don't go-not a lot of room up on the trees. Wear gloves (weight lifting ones you buy buy cheaply at Marshals, ect). Sooooooo much fun; going to try the GoApe in DE;... More

My wife and son enjoyed 3 great hours at Go Ape and raved about all of the opportunities and challenges, ending with the zip line. Both highly recommend this as a different family escape in the forest.

My kids, ages 9 and 10, had an unbelievable time here. They did the junior course. The first time they were a little hesitant but by the end they were running through the course while the worker timed them. Very well run and I had no concerns for their safety. Staff did a wonderful job going through everything with them... More

I have three kids ages 7, 9 and 17. We decided to do this while we were in Williamsburg. The main disappointment was that my 17-year-old could not go on the regular course because he didn't have someone 18 or older to go with him. I of course needed to be with my two younger children on the junior course.... More

When my son wanted to meet a couple of friends at GO APE to celebrate his birthday, I said sure, thinking Dad would do it. That didn't work out for me. Uh oh. Was leaping from platforms high off the ground and dangling from ropes in the tree tops in my motherhood contract? I was scared to death. I texted... More

Our whole family had a great trip to the Go Ape course in North Park! The staff was very enthusiastic & friendly and the course was exciting & fun for all ages. We took my mom & dad (both 60 years young) as a mother's day & father's day gift. They said it was the best present they ever had!... More

What a great experience! This new Williamsburg-area ropes course is well built and well maintained, and there is enough variety to the course to appease the varying levels of taste for adventure that each person in your group may have. After a short instructional session, you set out on your own on the course. Yes, you read this correctly. You... More
