Our one-hour Ghostly Tales tour takes you through Williamsburg's historic area in the evening. You will be introduced to the historic importance of each site visited, you will hear of the local ghostly legends that surround them, and of recent encounters with the spirits that reside there. Our Walk About History tour is a one-hour introduction to the history of Williamsburg - its historical importance, development in the 18th century, glimpses into daily life of colonial inhabitants, and modern restoration. An excellent choice if you have limited time to visit Williamsburg, or are looking for an in-depth orientation before touring the town on your own.

We booked two tours (a walking tour during the daytime and a ghost tour at night) with Charles Falls based upon the previous Trip Advisor Tours. We had a friends' reunion weekend in Colonial Wililamsburg. Charles was an excellent tour guide. He clearly has a passion for history and Colonial Williamsburg, in particular. He amazed us with is indepth knowledge... More

We took this tour before buying the pass to see WIlliamsburg sites. It was very helpful and provided a lot of information that we wouldn't have had. Very glad we did the tour.

Thanks for the kind words. As a private, locally owned and fully licensed company, we often help introduce visitors with small-group and sometimes private overviews of the city's full history, as well as specific topics of interest. We hope you went on to enjoy the total experience of Colonial Williamsburg and all of its exhibits. More

I have been on a few different tours around North & South America (thanks to my travels while being in the Military), and I can honestly say I've never been on one that was better. My Grandma and I did our tour on Wednesday May 6th at 10am, and Trish was our amazing guide. She was able to tell us... More

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. There were several stories for each place we stopped, and she was willing (and more than able) to answer any questions anyone on the tour had. She also shared some of her personal experiences and was very interactive with the group. Would definitely recommend!

We took the 6:30 walking tour on Halloween night. I do not remember the name of our tour guide but I will say she was great. She started right in with her tour behind Shield's Tavern and kept going during the next hour plus. She answered all the questions put to her in a very professional, knowledgeable manner with a... The costumed history tellers around the town and on the tour buildings were fabulous. They had a great way of telling the facts. They made the town become alive for all ages. Especially if children were in the tour group, the guides made sure they were included in conversation and experience. We had a fabulous experience!

We spent two evenings in a row with Trish, our guide. She didn't waste time, jumping right in and amazing us with her vast knowledge, on both tours. She always took the time to ask if we had questions, and make sure we were comfortable. I was most taken with all the little bits of info she managed to weave... More
