Our one-hour Ghostly Tales tour takes you through Williamsburg's historic area in the evening. You will be introduced to the historic importance of each site visited, you will hear of the local ghostly legends that surround them, and of recent encounters with the spirits that reside there. Our Walk About History tour is a one-hour introduction to the history of Williamsburg - its historical importance, development in the 18th century, glimpses into daily life of colonial inhabitants, and modern restoration. An excellent choice if you have limited time to visit Williamsburg, or are looking for an in-depth orientation before touring the town on your own.

Great Tour!

Lots of information! Friendly, interesting guide! Easy walk, great stories! We learned things we wouldn't have known about some of the founders of our nation!

I reserved my tour the day of my arrival. I was the only one that signed up but Tourguide Trish honored my reservation and gave me a personal tour. She was easy to follow and had a wealth of facts, figures and stories about the times and places. I was thrilled to be treated so well. I would recommend this... More

A peaceful educational way to get some exercise after a dinner in a Colonial Williamsburg restaurant. Its level, no hills, for an easy walk.

My mother and I went on an hour and half walking tour while we were vacationing down in Williamsburg, VA this week. It was awesome. The tour guide (T) was very knowledgeable about African American history there, and kept out interest the entire time. If you get a chance to take this tour, don't hesitate to make time and go.... Great insight on the History Tour. Willing to bet no 2 tours are the same! Hear things you won't find out anywhere else!

Thank you for your insight. None of our three types of tours are ever exactly the same, since we aren't restricted by prescribed scripts. And because all of our guests are different, and we respect that. Their questions vary, as well. We are, however, accurate in what we say, and we say it in a history-based yet conversational way. Glad... More

Went on the Ghost Tour. Nicely orchestrated, and a quick 45 minutes of even paced walking to about 8 sites. Narrator gave some examples of the occasional wraiths that poked their heads in windows that set the tri-corned hats spinning on the heads of early, and even recent, Williamsburg inhabitants. A fun and insightful way to spend the evening for... More

Tour guides were fabulous fonts of information. The homes, Capitol, individual homes, shoppes are all worth seeing. Take a week !

I was pleasantly surprised with the Tour that I got. My guide Trish was fabulous. I learned a lot about the area in a fun and interesting way. Her stories are great. I would also like to say that the company went out of their way to accommodate me. The tour had initially been cancelled but re-instated it for me.... More

This was a first for our family. We have never gone on a tour to hear ghost stories but thought it would be interesting especially since it was Halloween season!!! The ghost tours are plentiful--- we went on the official Williamsburg tour that has official stories from workers and guests of the place. It was an hour long tour with... More
