Just a couple of weeks ago, we decide to take this hour and a half long Sunday trip outside of Washington, DC to visit this winery. We arrived at this lovely site located in the scenic Shenandoah Mountains. At first glance it looks like a home from the outside until you reach the entrance, where the tasting bar and display... The day we visited, the staff of 3 seemed confused. They were interrupting each other, correcting each other and we found it generally confusing ourselves. Not sure I learned much about their wines offered in the tasting. Seem big on wine clubs and feature a multitude of wines form other places, but I was not really able to get a... More

Pulling up to this place, we felt like we were visiting us some one's home. It was kind of cute inside. The wine labels were colorful. The wines did not thrill us.

Little Washington and the dirt trail wine tasting are a great addition to your wine tour outside Sperryville/Washington, VA. Love the concept to showcase their own wines with others from around the world.

Though the information we learned in the one hour tasting was good, it was disappointing to learn that the wine bar tasting was not included. Since this tasting is the same price as the 2 1/2 hour Wine Boot Camp experience it seemed that at the very least the regular tasting would be included as well. Overall, it was not... More

Friendly, informative, fun and educational... Wines are great theirs and ones they showcase from around the globe in their dirt road tour.

What an experience, beautiful view, wonderful selection of wines from all over the world (as well as, wines crafted by the resident vintner from locally grown grapes), and a 2+ hour seminar on the art, pairings, chemistry and drinking of . . . wine. It was an interactive and wonderful afternoon. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys... More

Visited this vineyard twice in the pst month and have to say the view from the outdoor deck is spectacular at sunset. The wines are slightly better than average.

We were looking for the Chocolate Loves Wine shop, and found this affiliate of theirs. You need to enter in the back of the house, and you feel like you are pulling up to someone's home. The wine server was very nice and appeared to like what she was doing and gave a nice rendering of each wine. Expensive as... More

Been to MANY wineries and done many tastings-and supposedly have had "food pairings". I must say this was such an instructive time. They really got down to proofing the pairings and the taste subtleties of pairing different wines with food. Very informative and wife and I thought of them more of a wine shop (as they sampled wines from all... More
