Well worth the money. This was very relaxing and informative. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, they answered any question that was given to them. Did you know dolphins used to be land dwellers? We saw many dolphins including a mom with her baby. Also during the tour saw a us naval ship very cool.

Our family enjoyed our time on Rudee Flipper. The trip breaks down into about 30 minutes going out to the dolphins. You go right along the Virginia Beach Boardwalk so it's fun to look at the hotels and what all is going on along the beach. Then you stop for about 30 minutes. We saw many dolphins. Sometimes you were... More

Going on the Dolphin Cruise is well worth the time and expense. In the 3 hours I think we saw about 30 Dolphins. They feed in front of the boat and play in its wake at the back. Watching the Pelicans and other sea birds feeding is a wonderful plus you don't expect.

My husband, 11 year old son, and myself went out on the Rudee Flipper one day during our stay in Va Beach. I kept watching them from the beach and decided that it was something we just had to do! It's listed plain as day when you research this that it is a 90 minute tour. It was reasonably priced... More

Very nice boat ride just very long when you have little ones who get bored easily. My 3 year old was excited for the first 30 minutes, but was bored and fell alseep the last hour (boat ride is 90 minutes). Saw dolphins so that was a plus. They serve snacks and alcholic beverages. They also have motion sickness pills... More

We went on the sunset dolphin cruise. We were on the upper deck, and there were quite a few people on our journey, it was a bit cramped. We did end up out in a thunderstorm, so our upper deck quickly became less crowded. lol We didn't get too wet, and eventually it passed and some dolphins were found. They... More

We had a great trip in search of dolphins! We were successful, saw lots of dolphins, after we found some they even started following in the wake of the ship! Convenient that they sell snacks, burgers, hot dogs on the boat. They even have a full bar for those who are interested. There was occasional commentary throughout the trip (not... More

This was a very relaxing way to see the dolphins. The boat was very clean and had plenty of seating. The tour guide talk about the dolphins and gave some really interesting information about them. They would stop the boat when dolphins were near so everyone could get a look at them. Before you board the boat they take a... More

It was a very successful cruise. We saw so many dolphins! The lady that was talking over the mic had so many cool facts about dolphins and the area. It was really cool to listen to her. They have an air conditioned area inside with food, which is nice to get away from the heat. Right before you get on... More
