We found that the Strasburg Emporium was very nice. It was well organized and easy to get around. They had quite a bit of merchandise, and plenty of staff to help you. It is much nicer than many of the other antique malls around. I'd recommend it!

My wife and I travel the Shenandoah Valley several times a year and never miss a chance to stop at the Emporium. The Mall is ever changing, out with the Old in with the Old. It is never the same, always a relaxed atmosphere and the people are very helpful.

We were heading to DC and stayed in Strasburg. In the morning before leaving we visited the Woodbine Farm Market (in another review) and this antique store. It is laid out very well - the consigned areas are not jammed with junk - they are strategically placed to catch your eye. We saw some fun things but didn't buy -... More

We have visited too many antique malls over the years. So often the experience is reminiscent of "Where's Waldo." Even though we might be searching for something specific it requires sorting through a kind of Sanford and Sons Junkyard to try and uncover the treasure we are seeking. The Strasburg Emporium offers a much more orderly presentation of artifacts and... More

Very eclectic - some pieces of really cool mid century modern furniture, all kinds of other "stuff" just fun to look at, lots of things for collectors too. Very large building you could spend hours in.

We are Civil War buffs, not antiques freaks. But my wife got on an antiques binge several years ago. She wanted to collect Sterling silver napkin ring holders, with personal names or initials. Over the years, she has collected nearly 50. It isn't difficult to track them down. Most antiques stores don't carry them. They are rare. But some of... More

This is a fairly large antique store with many vendors. Some prices are negotiable and others not. Depends on the vendor. If your looking for fleatique items, on one side there is an outside entrance where there is a pretty good selection. Worth a stop. I've purchased mid-priced items there several times.

The Strasburg Emporium Antiques is HUGE and filled with a great number of antique dealers. If you go here, plan on spending at least two hours or more because there is just so much to see and touch. There are oil lamps from the Etruscan age (supposedly) to wine glasses from last week's visit to the Barrell Oak Winery just... More

The Strasburg Emporium is huge! We spent several hours this past weekend browsing through everything, and enjoying looking at all of that history. I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of people who could help open display cabinets. I might have bought some of the jewelry had I been able to actually see it up close. I understand keeping it...
