We had just finished this play in our Shakespeare class and saw the movie. Did not want to go because I was so done with it. So glad we did! It was great! A great view of the relationship of the main characters, so passionate. Thoroughly enjoyed this play and so glad my husband talked me into seeing it! Can't... More

This theater is a unique treat. The tickets are really affordable, there is not a bad seat in the house if your are looking at the cheap seats. The lights stay on during the whole performance and the audience and cast interact with each other. The performance is done as it would have been done in Shakepearean England. What a... More

My husband had reserved tickets for us a few weeks prior. I was super excited after seeing what others were saying of this place. They were right! Beautiful building on the outside and inside. We were in the second row, so we got an up close view of the performance. We were on the edge or out seat through it... More

Saw Macbeth. I have never read Shakespeare, but thought this would be a unique experience. I was very glad we went. I loved it. Since this is a original representation of the works of Shakespeare, the language can be difficult to understand, some actors are easier to understand then others. I honestly found myself lost at times. BUT... the actors... More

These actors are terrific. They interact and care about their audiences. They have the ability to leave you laughing or on the verge of tears. The theater is great.mEvery seat is a good one. My wife has back troubles and so we sit in the Lord's Chairs. Tickets are easily obtainable and the prices are very reasonable.A great experience!

It was our first time and we hope to attend other events there. Macbeth was so well done, I felt as if were in England watching it with the locals.

The production of Macbeth was superior. The cast was talented, energetic, and forceful. Well worth the price of a ticket. The theater itself was a wonderful reproduction of the Globe.

The quality of the productions here is always very high, but this season they are really at their best. John Harrell is especially brilliant both in Cyrano and in Comedy of Errors, and the Macbeth is also very good. This may be the most enjoyable theater on the planet, without being in any way dumbed-down Shakespeare. They respect both the... More
