We are lucky enough to live only 10 Mins. drive from the falls and often visit especially after heavy rain when the falls are really pumping. Also a good starting point for a very pleasant walk to the Stone Store where we will often have a coffee at the Honey Pot (during the tourist season) or The Pear Tree, and... More

Love this spot. Gorgeous 5-10 min walk to falls. The track follows the river up. Amazing falls that you can swim behind and sit on rocks with the water cascading down in front of you. Safe jumping platforms into the very deep, clean water below. Watch the locals for where to jump safely from ;) Very popular spot for teens... More

Lovely walk through native bush along well kept paths that take you to the falls. If you are short of time, you can just park up at the Falls car park and be there in 2 minutes. Either way enjoy the sights and sounds of the falls ~ not over large, but still spectacular.

Went into Kerikeri from Paihai to have a look, and these falls was a great bonus! Easy walk to both the top and bottom viewing platforms for the falls. Visited on a weekday so parking was no problem. If you are in the area definitely worth a look!

This attraction has easy access on a good pathway to see a spectacular waterfall. The local council has provided a great attraction with great access. Very photogenic site.

The views are spectacular and the walk we took wasn't as daunting as it first appeared. Nonetheless you need good walking shoes and to be fairly fit.
