We had a really lovely tasting experience here. It was an exceptionally windy day, and we arrived late in the afternoon on a Sunday. Our hostess spent nearly an hour with us as we tasted our way through most of the offerings, and offered suggestions for our upcoming road trip to Napier. The wines are delicious. We left with a... Had a lovely time here. Our hostess was very inviting and friendly. Balanced the information with the enjoyment nicely. The wines also happened to be to our liking (and we have been hard to please as neither of us particularly like NZ whites). We only visited a couple of other wineries in the area but we had the best experience... More

Not judging the wines here, rather the experience of the tasting and service. It was the best we had in the area and we did try a few ;-) Service was great, both knowledgeable, friendly and engaging.

Very enjoyable wine tasting; liked the way we were able to have two tastings from different range to compare. There is a tasting fee, although this is discounted off any purchases.

Palliser offers a big list of wines. We attended this as part of the Careme Cooking Class... we tasted every wine. The bubbles are very nice and I loved the sauvignon blanc. Well worth a stop. Great location too.

Nice set up and professional staff. Obviously a bigger set up than other wineries but well worth stopping off. Bubbles was a particularly good find although all wines were good.

We had such a lovely visit here with the nice woman who was pouring the wine. She provided an excellent background on the winery and the wines. She was easy going and answered all of our questions with a smile. Stop here for a taste if you can!

This was our last visit to a winery in Martinborough and it was just before 4pm. They officially close at 5pm. When we arrived there was no one in the tasting room (which is really nice). Eventually a woman arrived who was a bit flustered and said she had a meeting at 4pm. So she conducted a very fast tasting... More
