We arrived and were greeted right away. There was a girl and a man on the beach to check us in. We arrived a little early and they answered all sorts of questions. They were very attentive to the 2 kids in our group. When it was our turn the little boat came ashore and picked up half our group...

There are a few different parasailing options when you visit Maui. I dont recall all their names, but we were advised by the concierge at the Sheraton to try UFO...supposedly smaller groups/more time in the air/higher flights/etc. I am not sure how much of that is true compared to the other places, but we had a great time.
