It was an okay tour. Moron is not Havana and our favourite part was the lagoon tour by speedboat. Would not do that again though.

A group of us (family) took the day tour from memories flamenco in October. Over all it was a good day, very VERY hot though. We left hotel around 8 am, went to 2 others on the island and then we started our tour. our guide was fantastic, she was very informative, spoke Spanish, English and French. First stop was... More

Disliked Moron only because it was a tourist trinket tour. Not much info on the town or history explained or to see. Sugar mill tour was fantastic and very educational. Train ride to Rancho Palma pleasant with good food served at Rancho Palma. Next, to Alligator farm, also was great. Finally, Speed boat tour into mangrove, also terrific.

The tour and tour guide was amazing. Lots of activities - like horse and carriage ride, boating, etc. I disliked some of the Asian tourists who were pushy, loud and rude. One even walked into my husband without apologizing - knocked his drink all over him.

We took a Taxi into Moran it was difficult because the driver did not understand English. Someone posing as a hotel staff member showed us around. It was not the best. I had gifts to leave with the locals and I think he took us to a place that he wanted us to go to. But over all not a... More

My wife and I really wanted to get out of the resort and see the real Cuba. This was the best way for us. It was great to see the town of Moron by horse and carriage. We had someone in Moron who said he was a chef at our resort and helped us to where we needed to go... More

Colleen and I first took the "package" tour in 2010 and really enjoyed seeing Moron; the carriage ride, wandering about town, the speed boat across the lake and the rum and fish lunch. But my last tour in September 2014 was by private car and driver and I would suggest you ask around at your resort for a reputable driver... More

Good Day trip to Moron. Good to see a little more of Cuba than just the tourist haven of Cayo Coco. Enjoyed the stop at the freshwater lake for a bbq and more say the food was great.
