I took my 5 year old daughter and my mum during the kids holidays and was very disappointed. The staff seem to be straight from school, all of which looked very unenthusiastic and bored!! Definitely not interested in the kids or their safety! The lad manning the trampolines kept wandering off to chat to his co-workers leaving his station unmanned????... More

Ok so we bought tickets online on a 35% off deal. So price was around 8 quid each good value as it was a full day out. Unfortunately we went bank hol so spent half the day queing! Alot of which could have been avoided as a train had broke down on a ride and instead of closing it off... More

Family outing yesterday which was enjoyable, water park a great addition but for the warm days only as the water is extremely cold. Plenty of staff making sure children were safe and obeying the rules. Lots of space to eat your picnic, on the whole lots of activities to keep children occupied for 4/5 hours. Age group catered for is... More

Visited here with 4 children, two are 10, one is 8 and the other is 7. Its ok, some bits are looking a bit tired and shabby. The maze is good! We booked online as it was cheaper. Some of the staff look like they couldn't be bothered! We waited for 40 mins for the rollercoaster, there was one young... More

We as a family have been to many attractions in the uk and I would say this one catered for both my children, I have a 3 and 6 year old, both had lots of fun and lots to do, I loved the animal part and also the splash zone, I would highly recommend this park for children maybe up... More

Visited today with my 2 children aged 2 and 6. They both had a great day and could have stayed longer. We had the added bonus of Peppa Pig being on site which made their day. The park is a bit shabby and could do with some money spending on it, the bark everywhere makes it almost impossible to push... More

This is always a favourite on our summer school holiday days out with two granddaughters age 6 and 7. Booking online is much improved from a few years ago and with the discount it's a fair price for a full day out. We arrived just after opening time so parked close to the entrance and were straight in to the... More

Having read the good reviews on Trip Advisor and not too far from where we live, we thought we would take our 11 year old son and his friend, although we thought that some of the things maybe to old for them we thought that the water park area would be ideal. We arrived at around 10.15am (park opens at... More

Been today with my two sons (13 & 7) and my Auntie and her Grandson (2). We had a fantastic day out. There is something for everyone, we arrived at 10am and before we knew it, it was half 5 and we could easily have spend another couple of hours there. The place is a little run down in places... The big let down was the general shabbiness of the place! Toilets were disgusting!!!! There is so much possilbilty here to make a really nice... More
