We went at the end of March and we had slopes for ourselves. It was unbelievable! No queues for the lifts, great variety of slopes and your are on your own..... I can not comment on the crowds during school holidays, but I would happily go again outside of the school break.

This is a very nice winter resort for everybody. No matter if you are a beginner or an expert, there is something for you. We are expert skiers and love to come back here. The resort is constantly investing in new lifts, but there is much more than just skiing and snowboarding. It is also very scenic with great views... More

Infrastructure in the resort is simply amazing. Lifts, slopes, walking trails and other amenities in the mountain are really fantastic. Staff on the slopes and lifts is very helpful and never misses to smile and greet. The only thing we (as a group of students 22-28 years old) didn't like was that the village doesn't have a big offer on... More

We stayed at Rocks Resort for a ski trip in 2013 and 2014. This is really one of the most beautiful resorts you will find if going on a ski trip. Modern, spacious, all connected to parking and skilift. Just perfect. Only..not really cheap.

It's awesome for freeskiers like myself. The offpiste tracks are run by the mountain guards for avalanche safety and are marked.

This mountain featured a fantastic network of lifts with sensible and effective connecting routes. Among the best ski terrain I have experienced in 30 years of skiing in Europe. Lots of very good on hill dining choices from cafeteria style to full service restaurants. Very few lineups and low on hill congestion.

Love the swiss mountains. Laax just has it all - for boarders, skiers, party or with the family :) And all this just 75min from Zurich away.

After travelling to a couple of different resorts in Switzerland I was feeling a little isolated as a snowboarder. This is not the case in LAAX. Aside from the fact there are half a dozen snowparks for all levels to play around in, the general atmosphere of the resort was a bit more laid back and casual. It's easy to... More

We always love to go to Laax to snowboard. The pists are alway perfect. A lot of choice to eat/Drink, spectacular views, good ambiance without après ski Halli Galli.

The best snowpark in Europe with a huge halfpipe, lots of options for on piste and if it is dumping, great freeride areas. The blue tracks are easy but with flat areas, so I would rather pick a red one than to take off the board in some parts. Also you need to learn the tracks, as there are some... More
