I didn't know what to expect, but it was better than I could have thought! Casa Hilda has this relaxed atmosphere with like-minded people. Everybody comes for surfing which makes it great to meet new surfer friends. The grouping is perfect to surf with people from the same level. The groups are small and there is a lot of personal... Rented a surfboard for a week and costed €50 + €20 for the wetsuit. Got car stripes as well for another €10. Remember you have to leave a €50 deposit (which was returned smoothly to me at the end). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Will definetely come back here for renting. By the way, you can exchange your board anytime... More

Just had my first fab surfing week's hol with my partner at Corralejo - great fun and managed to paddle out to the back and surf in smaller conditions!!!! Great instructors who know the island surf spots really well and understand your individual needs. We stayed in the Las Palmeros apartments for a bit of privacy - lush gardens, clean... More

I just came back after my first - and definitely not last! - surf trip in Fuerteventura, and I decided to spend one week with Homegrown. I booked very last minute and the whole reservation process was super fast and really smooth (thanks to Robien!). My accommodation was in Casa Hilda, a clean and colorful hostel (located in the heart... More

We had never surfed before, but our teacher was very enthusiastic and was going to make surfers of all of us! We met up outside the surfshop in the town centre and got driven to the beach in El Cotillo. Our teacher showed us how to warm up, how to keep safe and the basic techniques. Then we got to... More
