Not overdeveloped and has a nice, clean village feel, even by the beach. The long jetty at the beach with the restaurant makes for an idylic setting and the lack of chavs makes Camp De Mar a much quiter, nicer area to holiday and relax than other parts of Majorca.

Camp De Mar is a small resort which has a charm all of its own. Lovely beach and good views of the hillsides We managed to find a few nice restaurants with the one showing in the picture nice for lunch. If you go to it take some stale bread to feed the fish as you walk over the bridge... More

We've just spent a week staying at Camp de Mar. It's a beautiful little cove with a lovely, small beach. It's also an excellent base for visiting other points along the coast but, if you tend to spend most of your time at your resort, you may find it a bit small. There are a few restaurants, all of which... More

We stayed at Santa Ponsa but drove here most mornings to lounge around on the sand. The first few mornings the water was lovely and clear and our 6 year old daughter learnt how to snorkel in the shallow water and saw several fish, most notably when a young girl threw bread into the water and the smaller fish were... it is very seasonal. In the winter months most places are closed so you have to search for a meal. Really good place for a walk out of season. The beach is lovely and there are some nice places to eat in season. I go there often from Port Andratx to walk on the beach and have lunch - give... More

We spend two days here early October, whislt staying in the Tramuntanas (Estellencs) Their are no sandy beaches up the west coast, amazing coves for snorkelling and sunset swimming, however if you feel like some sunny beach time, which we did for a day or two, hop in the car. It is half hour from Estellencs, a small resort, some... More

Busy in high season but buzzy with it. Fabulous sand beach, clear warm sea. Great restaurants and bars. Wonderful sunsets.

There is everything to like about the beautiful island of Mallorca and Camp de Mar is a particular favourite of ours. It's not as busy as many of the resorts but has enough places to eat and drink. The local people are very friendly too. There is a great golf course and plenty of walking opportunities around Camp de Mar.

Really nice beach, quieter than the main beaches like Palmanova/Magaluf etc but not deserted, with a good beach bar and a well-stocked shop a few steps away. Really good snorkelling around the rocks, lovely clear water and plenty of fish (few jelly fish though so watch out!). A restaurant on the island looked very popular with great views, but didn't... I live close by and during the summer it is hammered! Up until may and then after September it is fantastic. The water is lovely and clear. Great to snorkel around the rocks and feed the fish.
