we loved all of our trip. Went sightseeing in the local buses and visited Inca Market and Alcudia. All worthwhile. The beach in Can-Picafort is stunning as was Alcudia.

I loved the beach, it was just down the Promenade! We went climbing and went to some beautiful secluded beaches and went swimming! The people were friendly and were always helpful!

The Cathedral and historic area is very appealing. The Cathredal is truly an ispirational sight to see. The bus services from the bus station located at the Plaza Espana central Palma allow tourists to travel to all points across the entire island at very reasonalble rates. Palma to Alcudia is around euro 6. The current economic climate has gotten to... More

I was a bit dissapointed by the island, I expected to see more historical sites and buildings, must admit that I didn't make it to Palma. The landscape is very various. There are lots of possibilties to take walks inland and on the coasts to see some great natural landscapes. The weather in March was lovely not too warm or cold.... This was my 8th visit to Mallorca so I must like it! I feel though that the coach drivers could be a little more pleasant as they are a surly bunch, not helpful to bemused passengers, and should speak at least a little English!! The surrounding mountain range is awe-inspiring, the sunsets are beautiful, and the coastline is fantastic.
