I have been a fan of the Naro for years. They bring in the documentaries that often go to much larger cities often with speakers. They have opened my eyes to a different way at looking at cinema. Also, how many theatres still have a balcony for viewing?

the Naro is located on Colley Ave in the safe and well-lit neighborhood of Ghent, with restaurants and shoppes. We purchase a booklet of tickets with 10 tickets for $68.00. That means the two of us can go to the theater for $13.60. If you enjoy popcorn, you can buy a large box for $4 or a huge tub for... More

What an amazing treat this video rental was! They have 40,000 videos!! My sailor son goes here to rent all kinds of movies and tv episodes. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never seen that many movies in one place. What an experience.

In my opinion, the sound system needs improvement. I am not talking about adding a high definition surround sound system. What this theater needs is some speakers in the balcony and some addition speakers in the back of the first floor. I found a great seat in the balcony, but when the movies started, I could barely hear the dialogue.... More

Like the small size (only one screen), Old refurbished theatre. Main line and off line features. Reasonably priced admission and snacks. Walking distance to many fine restaraunts.

Love this small, art deco theater. Named after Nathan and Rose, the owner's parents. Great to have an honest, independent, small family theater left in town. I go there for new releases as well as classics and of course, Rocky Horror!

Great local art house type theater. Vintage decor and atmosphere with a flair for the artistic and out of the norm films. Don't expect Widescreen super sound but good quality entertainment. Seating is vintage as well so make sure the film's not too long

The Naro is a small but comfortable theatre. Old but classic and in good condition. Staff is very nice and helpful. It's the only theatre in the area that shows foreign and independent films. Movies with substance. Highly recommend.

We went with a group of friends to the Naro Expanded Cinema on Halloween night to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show. They show the movie and have a live show that accompanies it. We had a great time, but as they warn you it is raunchy and vulgar and not meant for children.
