Such a nice park. A walkway that goes between the Nauticus Museum and Waterside "Mall". We came here for the Cajun festival and another time just to walk around. The park is kept clean and you can see Cruise ships parked by the Nauticus. The mall has restaurants and a food court open during the day.

Beautiful park many festivals are held year during the year. Statue's and brick walkways along the way. Located next Waterside and River walk. Very clean. Lots of benches. Next door to the Nauticus Musuem.

Its hard not to see echoes of Baltimore's famed inner harbor redvelopment in the Waterside redevelopment, including Town Point Park. While the commercial pavilion seems to have failed, Norfolk has done well at turning this park portion into a festival and semi-public gathering place. Lovely views of the water in general, and particularly impressive views across the river of the... More

We love going to this park for the many festivals they hold. We've been to a BBQ Festival, Opera in the Park, The Fourth of July just to name a few. It is very safe and so beautiful!

Towne Point Park is the go to location for outdoor festivals in Norfolk, Va. However, during the week you can jog through the park, lay out and read a book, eat lunch, or enjoy the waterfront view without crowds. If you’re looking to take in the park at its busiest times consider perusing the Festevents site at https://festevents.org/ for all... More

Beautiful waterfront park. Nice place to walk or sit. There were some lawn games available but very few people around.

If you want a relaxing walk by the water then this is the place to go.You can even walk right up to a huge navy ship. There is the navy museum Nauticus.Little pricey for admission but if you are close to the navy it would be interesting to do.

This was awesome. It was full of entertainment even without the Jazz fest. You can take the Ferry to Portsmouth and listen to local live talent. Make sure to take your water. Or go down Granby St.

Who knew that taking a derelict piece of land could lead to a most picturesque and enjoyable space. Abundant green-space right alongside the Elizabeth River where the Southern and Eastern Branches come together is the perfect gathering space for concerts, exhibitions, events and just hanging out on a nice spring/summer/autumn day when the temperatures permit. A wonderful place with delightful... More
