Nauticus is well worth a visit from anyone interested in nautical history. The facility is well set out, contains a good maritime museum, and of course is the home to USS Wisconsin. Despite all this it is reasonably cheap to access, and an even better deal is possible if you buy a joint ticket for Nauticus and a 2 hr... More

Very good tour. We also took the shipyard cruise. Well worth it! There are lots of things for all ages. We have a 5 year old and a 15 year old and both of them liked it.

Stopped here on way back from Virginia Beach. It was only about 25 minutes from the beach. Wasn't sure about the museum before we went but I am so glad we did. It was very nice. Not just boring memorabilia. It was very informative and made you appreciate what the men and women went through in the service. One floor... More

My son and I recently visited the Nauticus after visiting it perhaps 10 years ago. I would definitely say the museum has something for all ages. He's a 16 year old history buff and we spent at least 2.5 hours self touring the deck and various levels of the USS Wisconsin. Tons of information! Inside there are many many hands... More

My husband wanted to see the Wisconsin and we ended up spending the ENTIRE day there. We did the Spy Ship activity which I think helped keep myself and daughter interested; however, it has you going back and forth on the same parts of the ship so my husband didn't get to see the things he wanted to before the... We thought this Center may be somewhat dull, but we were wrong. It was very interesting with displays that made sense. We made the trip to tour the Battleship Wisconsin which is on display beside the Center. The Wisconsin, with it's long Military history was the highlight of the Nauticus Center

A great way to spend a few hours, facilities were clean and the exhibits are all well put together -the staffing is nice and helpful. There is no lack of things to learn, do, and see. Fun for the whole family.

I know for a hands on museum things are bound to be broken or computer simulators tend to crash but it was a bummer for my little brother who was excited to try the hands on exhibits. Thank goodness the U.S.S. Wisconsin saved the date. A very beautiful ship.

We took children ages 4 and 1 to this museum in order to take a break from the beach. They absolutely loved everything about this! We spent over 2 hours there and hurried along in order to get lunch/naps at a decent time. However, our children could have easily spent all day here. Money we'll spent!

This is a decent museum, but the real draw is the battleship Wisconsin. The best value is to buy the combo pass that includes the Victory Rover cruise (which takes about 2 hours, but is very good).
