Beautiful, if a bit run down, but that seems to be typical Sicilian charm! Be prepared by bring your swimming costume to splash in the water.

A must see! The entrance fee is 8 euros and you can spend the whole day there lying on the beach and walking in the river and inside the gorge. But be careful - the water's temperature is only 8 degrees C.

Had no idea what the place looked like. I was immensely surprised, and stood in awe for a couple of minutes. One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. Nature at its best.
