Great little village, with 2/3 restaurants. there is one we especially liked, with great value and tasting pizza and nice locals. Meribel center is about 10/15 mins on the bus but you get the advantage of a good chalet for half the price. One year we taxi back a couple of times is about 6Euros per person and they take... More

Led Allues is a pretty relatively unspoiled village just down the hill from Meribel. We are here in the summer. The walking / hiking is excellent and the village although not fully open yet still provides for our eating and drinking needs. En K restaurant was a very pleasant experience with Asian influenced menu.

Stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. More relaxed than its neighbouring towns of meribel and truly pretty. Church, bars and a ski hire shop and a small supermarket. Real people live here and stop and chat in the street. The bubble to Chaudanne is easy convenient and has disabled parking too. The bubble is free so non skiers can... More

This is my second winter season here in this lovely french village,a peaceful place to live and some majestic views from some of the chalets add to the experience of living in the 3 valleys.A short ride by gondola or bus will get you to any of the hubs for the extensive lift system where you have a massive ski... Loved this village, lovely chalets reasonably priced for Meribel to hire and directly on the bus route or the cable car taking about 15 minutes to the fantastic resort.

This s a very pleasant resort for everyone, including families. There are loads of different slopes for all standard of skier. Free bus up to the slopes and also a bubble gondola. Les Allues is small but has a few bars and restaurants but no other night life. Very beautiful area. Small supermarket in village but a huge one at... More

Stayed here for 5 days when visiting our son. Great views very quiet but a couple of bars and restaurants. We can recommend En'K for food excellent menu with an Asian element. Overall a lovely village with stunning views. Bus service to Meribel we stayed in Summer so not as frequent as in Winter.

The village is pretty but only if you are staying for a ski trip or hiking you wouldn't go there for the shopping or night life that is a gondola ride up the hill to Meribel but a nice place to stay

This is fantastic find. A short walk from a regular bus service and bubble cart up to the base of a breath taking ski area. The value for money at this challet is unbelievably good. The food was excellent and the challet staff absolutely made our stay. The staff at ski Blanc were also very helpful and friendly always helping... More
