Endless Caverns is minutes from I-81 yet seems to be overlooked by many tourists. There was only 8 people on our tour and the guide took his time, answered questions and pointed out lots of cool things about the formations. He explained how each type of formation is formed. It was a much more personal experience than Luray Caverns.

Caverns are always the same temp, so a great break in the heat of the summer. The tour guides are casual and knowledgeable. Although there's natural/cavern terrain with ups and downs, it's not overly strenuous. There used to be a lot of passive bats in the caverns, but disease has reduced the numbers. On the latest trip we only saw... More

My wife and I toured the caverns while staying at the campground. The tour group was small and the tour guide very experienced. He mixed a lot of knowledge with humor (cheesy at times, but still good). The caverns are beautiful, and a lot less commercialized than surrounding caverns. I highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful setting located 5 miles from I-81. Each site is nicely set up with quite a few pull throughs and with full hook up, primarily catering to the RV'ers. Stone built firepits, nice detail. Things to do such as swimming, nature trail and visiting the adjacent caverns. Bathrooms were lacking in maintainance, specially the showers. Regardless, we look forward in... More

Beautiful. I visited 2 caverns on this visit. The First was Luray caverns which was a waste of money, because you where rushed threw like cattle. But Endless Caverns you where allowed to take your time and half the price. It was a much more enjoyable experience. Go there instead of Luray.

We went to the Endless Caverns and it was a good cavern tour except that there was a wedding happening and when we got to the cathedral room they were still taking pictures so we didn't get to actually see the best part of the tour but even though this haven't during the tour.... it was a wonderful stay in... This was our first visit. It was very enjoyable. The last room of the tour is amazing. Our tour guide - Dave - was fantastic, providing all kinds of information. We camped at the beautiful campground sprawing up the mountain. The entire family agreed the cave and camping are definitely do-again items!

I was very pleased with the more cave-like lighting in this cavern tour than others in the area. It seems more natural and less commercial. They have good bacon specimens that rival Luray Caverns', and their musical light presentation is quite lovely. I didn't feel herded around the caves because the group was smaller and more manageable than most. If... More

This was our first time here and we could not of been happier with the tour . The guide was knowledgeable and friendly . The caverns were fun and interesting . The only negative is the cost of the tour is a little pricey , but we enjoyed it none the less .

We had friends in from California over the July Fourth holiday who had never been to a cave or cavern, so we took them to see the Endless Caverns. Living in an area with almost 200 Caverns, we had been to most of the popular caverns close by, so we decided to see Endless Caverns for something new. Our Tour... More
